Zach and Mindi in Bethel Park store are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When we were done, we had changed service carriers, got a cheaper plan, new phones, and transferred all our data in less than an hour. Highly recommend their store

Zachary was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. The process may have taken longer than anticipated but I was amazed by the way he accomplished the work arounds to accommodate me the customer. Not only did he take the time with me but while he was on hold with customer service for my account he was able to accommodate another customer that had walked into the store. Zachary is the definition of customer service with a smile!

Zachary at Bethel Park T-Mobile was amazing! He was able to cut our bill in half and it only took 20 minutes. Definitely recommend him when you’re upgrading your phones!

this is one of the best staffs running any mobile store out there. I purposely go out of my way any time I have an issue with my T-Mobile account/phone, because even if they cant immediately help you they can always get you the answer you need without sending you back and forth between other customer service lines. Rebecca and Sean were more than helpful in getting me all the information surrounding my insurance plan that I would possibly need to file a claim when I lost my phone on the side of a highway (i279) while riding my motorcycle. when I ran into more issues at home with getting my pin to verify my claim, I was able to the next morning and be in and out of the store within 15 minutes thanks to Sasha knowing exactly who to call and how to reset my pin. if you live in the south hills and need good customer service go to this store

Jon and Zack were phenomenal and I can’t compliment them enough. I took my 72 year old mother to get a new phone at AT&T (who has been her phone carrier for 20 years) The lady there said the current plan my mom is on has been discontinued and to get a new phone she would have to “upgrade” her plan, which was more than twice what she was currently paying! I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile (at this location) over a year ago and told my mom we should go there just to get a price comparison. We were greeted right away and when we explained the reason for our visit Jon and Zack went into action to help us find the right phone and right plan for her (which ended up being $30 cheaper than what she was paying with AT&T!) They made sure everything was explained clearly, took their time with us, saved us a lot of money, and were so pleasant to talk to. Thank you!!

This is the perfect T-Mobile store that I’ve ever been to the three employees Sean,Becca, & Sasha that were working when I was in there on July 27 2022 truly helped me. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 5+ years and I’ve been getting overcharged for quite a lot of things and they were able to get my plans situated. I ended up upgrading one of my lines. They got my bill, reduced They were God sent to that store

I hate doing this, but went in 5 minutes before they closed in desperate need for any assistance. They were Extremely kind and helpful, when the man working wasn’t sure what was wrong with my phone he even called his manager who wasn’t on shift to help me out. I spent all day going to different t mobile stores and calling the company to help me and this was the only store to actually solve my issue. Great employees and they will do whatever they can to solve youre issue !

I had an issue with my purchase here. It turned out to be a misunderstanding. The corporate office wasnt able to help. Damien who first helped us was very nice. Joe was able to help resolve my issues I had corporate couldn't help with. I was able to get better service than I had with new phones for a modest increase in price. After dealing with this store and clearing up misunderstanding I am very pleased with my experience and the customer service. I recommend them 👌.

I had an excellent experience in switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Both the Supervisor Ray, and his assistant Jimmy are rated a 10+ out of 10 on a scale for all manner of customer service, moral, & generosity. I can honestly say they both need promotions abd pay raises for their outstanding service in my time in need. I won't go into detaikd but both gentlemen went above n beyond to assist me with no commission to look forward to. I will be calling T-Mobile to make sure they are recognized for such superior performance and professionalism. I give TMobile a five out of five

Joe and Joe and Zack were super helpful in fixing an error the 800 number created for me just in time for Christmas so I wouldn’t have a disappointed kid! I recommend only using this store!

David & Matt is so nice and very helpful, those two gentlemen were very nice & knowledgeable. If you need to go into T-Mobile ask for David & Matt. They were so nice & patient with me

The staff there listened to me and was able to save me money and give me more for what I was paying with another carrier. I have a business and they were able to change my service without a problem. Great energy and no pressure. Awesome experience!!!

Joe Mack is a terrific employee, one of the few who actually knows what he's doing. He deserves a raise!
