Starbucks

Great place to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee and bagel. The employees are nice great customer service.

Food was so good. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a pink drink and mocha cold foam cream on top powered me up for super long. Service and atmosphere were 4 because. The drive through line kinda made it hard to park and the service took a few minutes then normal. But overall 9/10

I love Starbucks but I’m participating in the #nocontractnoStarbucks pledge. Starbuck workers deserve the right to unionize to negotiate fair wages. I miss you Starbucks. Please pay your employees a living wage, so I can come back :) it’s beyond ridiculous to expect customers to tip to make up for the low wages. I do always tip my baristas, but just pay them better.

It's one of my favorite hangouts. Typical SB otherwise. The current employees are all cordial. There's no drive-thru which is a bonus for us car-free customers; however, during peaks it fulls-up so avoid Office Rush.

Many merchandises to shop. Staffs were nice too. Street parking available.

Fast, oh so friendly. Knew their products. Delicious Matcha Latte 💖 with almond milk added shot over ice in the biggest size possible 😁. Delicious!!

It gets Busy! The Baristas are amazing and work really hard to get those drinks out. Thank You!

Great experience. Opened right on time and everyone was very friendly. Loved the location and atmosphere.

My husband works at Nationwide so he frequents this Starbucks. They know him by name and if they see him coming his coffee is ready by the time he walks in the door. He loves it.

As for me, I have seen many Starbucks all over the country and I do have to say this is one of the best. I wish they had a drive thru or more parking, but it's location prohibits that. So can't be helped.

This review is honestly long overdue. I’m a barista at another Starbucks going on 2 years, but while I was at Drake and now at my “grown up” job, I began frequenting this location. Due to the lack of drive thru, it always feels a lot more like a real cafe than other Starbucks locations. I feel that these baristas constantly put in their best to connect with customers and always make drinks well (and according to standard). Each one that I have interacted with morning or evening has been pleasant and masterful with their craft. They go above and beyond to provide amazing customer connections and drinks at the same time. They’re a great group, and I am extremely grateful for them. Only wish I could tip them more than I have!

Starbucks is the quintessential coffee shop atmosphere and experience. They've done for coffee what McDonald's could never do for burgers.

This Starbucks is large and has plenty of seating. I've been there a handful of times and the service has always been great. My only complaint is that they only have half and half for a "creamer" option. Other Starbucks will have nonfat and whole milk available. Not sure why this is inconsistent between different Starbucks locations. Doesn't bother me enough to lower the rating from 5 stars though.

Visiting from out of town. I ordered 2 drinks on mobile order. My car was towed overnight due to miscommunications with our Airbnb host. Due to this, I was about 45 minutes late to pick up my order. I called and let them know, and when I got there they happily remade my drinks for me so they weren’t watered down!! Great service and very friendly.

If I could give the person who helped me at the counter 10 stars, I would. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and instead of being annoyed with me, they helped me make a decision and were so personable! Thanks for making my day, Kate

While there are better Starbucks in the world this newly remodeled one downtown has everything you could want and more. The staff is friendly and quick at making your drink. Beware, it can get pretty busy at certain times of day but that's also part of the fun of going sometimes.

You know how some Starbucks just feel good the moment you walk in? This is one of those locations. The staff is speedy and the manager (Tina) is on a first name basis with an insane number of her customers. I also appreciate the amount of indoor/outdoor seating at this location.

I"m a downtown resident and been going to this Starbucks for years. After traveling around quite a bit including the original Bux, I can say this is probably the best group of associates - they are always accommodating and really nice and it doesn't matter if they are new or long time baristas. Never had a bad experience. Their manager is also stellar. Keep up the good work and the good drinks.

I stop here for coffee most days with some co-workers. This is a BUSY store that can crank out beverages amazingly fast. They know most of us by name and are always friendly. This seems to be the experience for most that visit the location. If you are familiar with Starbucks, this one will be like most. Great quality, fast service and friendly faces.

Staff was very friendly and masked properly (all noses securely tucked away) They got our order perfect even with the modifications, and even though I couldn't see their faces, I could hear their smiles. 10/10

This is one of the best locations I've ever been to. I'm here almost daily. The staff is excellent and efficient. I've had a couple of drinks wrong before and they corrected them without hesitation. It's always super clean. Tina is excellent.
