I preordered final fantasy 7 rebirth and had all the proof except for the receipt because I accidentally thought it would be shipped. Nevertheless, this GameStop store helped me collect a game item from my childhood and I couldn’t be happier!

Good selection with cheerful employees. Manager did me a solid and help set everything right in a super timely manner.

Always a nice friendly clean store. Have always shopped here and will always shop here for my gaming necessities, because to the associates working your not just a walking dollar sign, you are another chance to expand the ever growing gaming community. Also the associates are always so knowledgeable of the products they carry and even some of the ones they don't. When I shop here I feel like I'm walking into a friend's place with how welcoming they are.

Very quick service, great advice on gaming in and out in no time with everything I wanted and needed with the great GameStop discounts.

The staff member found the last copy of game we needed and quickly got us to the checkout so we could buy that game and use the discount we had with their PowerPoint Rewards. I also renewed it and pre-ordered a game that could use another discount before the end of the month. I appreciate the passion their staff have for gaming and when all prices are relatively the same for new games it comes down to the great service you get here. Online shopping or bugging a big box store employee to get something out of the locked case is just not as satisfying.

Traded a bunch of stuff to get the new OLED Switch and Kayla was awesome. Quick for the amount of stuff, and friendly.

This has been my GameStop of choice for years due to their outstanding employees. They're always there to help you, ask and answer questions, and make you comfortable and happy. It can't get any better than that :D

Went in just to look around, Our daughter wanted to look at switch games. The entire crew were incredibly friendly and their customer service was phenomenal.

There is always an excellent selection of new and used games and accessories at this location and though other locations might have greater stock, the staff at the Rushmore Mall GameStop makes shopping at this store a better experience in my opinion.
