Prices are absurdly inflated. I should've done more research beforehand, but they charged me 75 dollars for the same filter worth about 10 dollars, new, online. I bought two of course because I was convinced it was "super important" to buy. Receipt says no refunds, store credit only. Quite disappointing. Thankful I got a decent deal on the lense, hence the two stars.

This place is a total clip joint. Initially went in for wireless ear buds. While in the place of purchase, the seller noticed my wife’s camera and offered a ‘discount’ on a camera filter for $49. After leaving the store, researched the filter to find its value to be in the neighborhood of $5-10.

The first pair ear buds purchased were defective as one ear piece would not pair with the other. Went back to the store for exchange. The replacement earbuds hold a 10 minute battery charge at best, contrary to the 15 hours playtime shown on box. While in the store for replacement earbuds, I heard what appeared to be ‘back-door’ dealing with other customers on store merchandise; listed prices are ridiculously high. I couldn’t go back a second time as I have an early flight in the morning. I’ll follow up purchase with credit card provider.

If I could rate this store lower than 1 star, I would have. If you’re passing this store, keep walking.

Pal Electronics Inc. at Jefferson st. sell ​​overpriced poor quality chinese electronic consumer products.  I bought a car phone holder in a sealed package. According to the sales person, the best item in the shop. When I opened the package hours later, the item was damaged. A couple of days later I came back to the shop and reported the problem, but the seller refused to exchange the phone holder. - Misserable customer service!

Consciously ripping you off. I thought i was paying $8 for a roll of film which would be the normal price and only when I left i realized I paid $28 which is absurd. Look at the other comments. These are people are evil.

On the 23 of August 2020, I bought an AXPRO 52MM WIDE ANGLE LENS from Pal Electronics on 293 Jefferson Street, San Francisco. The seller name was Joe, I asked him for a macro lens for my camera Canon M50 mirrorless, he offer me the axpro 52mm lens, stating he will give me a very good price, he showed me an add on Ebay saying the lens was $1200usd, he told me he will give me a very good price.
When I was trying to look on my phone he said the other lower prices were wrong. He said he would add a filter as a gift to push the sell. Unfortunately, I felt on this trap, I bought the lens for $450usd and he charged me $70usd for the filter that was suppose to be a 'gift'.
He rushed me to pay, asking me to pay first before giving me the receipt. When I saw the receipt I saw he charged me for the filter. I decided to do more research on the product, finding this was a counterfeit product, which wasn't worth $450usd but between $50 to $100usd.
I came back to the store the next day to bring up the issue, Joe the seller was very rude to me saying he wouldn't do anything about it, that I have to talk to the manager.
I called several times to the store, finding not answer. I came to the store on the 26th of August to talk to the manager Marcos Méndez, who said he wouldn't give me a refund neither a credit on the store because he didn't have the lens I was asking for. He said he could only exchange the product for something that fits my camera. However, this is not what it says on the receipt. On the receipt says: 'no refunds store credit only if item is not in stock'. He refuse to give me store credit and was putting very high prices on the items I was asking for. We didn't get to any deal, so I said I will write a bad review, then he kicked me out of the store. I did not get neither a refund, a credit or another product. I won't reccomened anyone to buy at this store, they don't respect their return policy neither they are honest to people

Pressure salesmen selling junk. All of the red flags are there. In hindsight, it was so obvious that it was too good to be true. Total scam!!
