I go to I go to this UPS Store for returns this particular day my phone did not want to pull up Amazon information for me to get the QR code to return staff member Nicole was very patient with me and offered me to email my QR code and send it to the store email. I hope you got my email I'm not Savvy with that either thanks Nicole you're the best

Been served good 20 years and more.
Always happy to see shipment comes in to be delivered and thankful for their hard work.

In case who has to complain of them and truck driver where they parked for short time with little load , needs to be banned for anything gets shipped to them for life time.

The store is convenient to get to, and the employees there are always friendly.

Great Customer Service at this location! I decided to try this UPS Store after poor customer service experience at Anchorage downtown Office Depot. My time was critical and the young gal working at this UPS Store this past Saturday morning was really terrific from start to finish! She was competent, efficient and I was out of there within 5 minutes with the copies I needed done! Thanks again!

The staff was patient, professional and speedy. Though the store was small, it is well organized and has a nice feel to it. Very different from most post offices I’ve been in.

I have a mail box here, I do last minute print jobs and packaging here, and sometimes bigger copy/print job plus mail outs.
