AT&T Store

Had to wait a bit to get service, but then had exceptional service from Sai, who did a phenomenal job. He got me a new phone while lowering our monthly bill and getting us a better service plan. Sai was incredibly knowledgeable and fast. Give that man a raise.

Great location and great customer service. Angie and Stormy go above and beyond customer service. Dare I say- the best I've seen at any other AT&T store. I was also stoked to see how festive they were on Valentines when I went thru as well. Good to see people at work, hardworking and happy to help! I'll keep coming back to this location because these two were so amazing - I even referred my boyfriend to get a phone plan because these two were so helpful to me in October!

Aaron was super helpful with our switchover from Verizon to ATT. He was patient and answered every question. He was knowledgeable about both Verizon and ATT. Additionally, Aaron was very tech savvy on Samsung and IPhone and was able to get us completely set up with our phones and a new tablet as well. I would go to him every time. ATT store in Anchorage, AK at 5th Avenue Mall.

The manager was very helpful and very nice I love my new phones, and the discounts applied to my account. I just loved my over all experience when I went in from start to finish.

Tristan helped my husband and I to get a new phone line and new phone. He waited for T-Mobile to give us the transfer pin even though it was close to closing time and it took about an hour and a half to get this transfer pin. He’s patient and understanding. I also got a new phone but ended up getting the wrong case. I will be going back to return this one and get the appropriate case for this new phone. Thank you, hope to see him when I go back.

Love the customer service and also love to how fast they work and how they make sure they give you the best deals.

We needed a way to get access to mobile service (in Anchorage/Alaska) because the phones were brought on our trip had NO service (… we didn’t do our homework…). Aaron, at the AT&T store, was exemplary. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and was able to add a temporary, prepaid plan to my existing phone within minutes. Amazing.

Forgot her name, but I went to the 5th Ave location to get my service activated. The representative was amazing, personable, friendly, and informative. She able to answer all my questions regarding my phone and at&t phone services. Good customer service.

Absolutely the best customer service experience in a long long time. Amberly was so helpful and really knew the services available to me. I was considering switching providers based ony experience at the midtown location, after dealing with the staff at this location I am much happier and will be getting my future phones from this location. on monday 26 june i met with stormy, an at&t customer service rep. she was excellent, patiently answering all my questions and helping set up my new phone. what a terrific 'face' for at&t!

The store rep who assist us is so calm, me and my family is so happy that she assisted us. It was okay to wait for 15-20mins cause we saw that all of your store rep has already assisting some customers. We are walk ins so we're happy to be fully satisfied of what is the outcome of our visit. Thanks

It’s been almost a month since I’ve visited here & I still remember the name of the employee who helped me. Aaron was very helpful & patient with answering all of mine & my husband’s questions. Quick service as well- we were not waiting long at all for somebody to help us & this was on a Friday. The cellphone service itself is another story. Calls have been breaking up a little, songs in my car rides have been taking a bit to load, & so has GPS. I think that’s AT&T everywhere though because my family in Texas is having the same issues. My store visit was excellent, though.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The wait was about 15-20 minutes and others while they were working with me look more like 10-15 minute wait.
