Great service right from when we walked in the door. Busy lunchtime atmosphere but we had no issues with ordering. Cheesy bread and pizza were amazing. The Cuban sandwich was a little unorthodox (pizza dough wrap/calzone?) but still delicious. Had this place recommend by a local and it did not disappoint!

We finally made it to Anchorage and our friends kept talking about this place. Well, it was absolutely amazing. We are pizza snobs and all of the options just knocked out socks off. I’d actually go back to Alaska just to eat here … it’s that good. We tried three kinds of pies and each was delicious. I’m just overwhelmed by the cool varieties of pizza. Fast service and cool decor. I can see why this place is at the top of the reviews! Don’t wait … just go!!

This restaurant is an absolute must if you’re visiting Anchorage! The pizza and beer are phenomenal, I personally recommend the “sweet heat” beer, the “Mac n cheese” and “Chicken Rockefeller” pizzas. The “Diablo sticks” were awesome too. Super nice staff, great food and drinks, would totally recommend!

Great service. Warm comfortable atmosphere. I had a small half Fire House/half Santa's Little Helper pizza and it was amazing. Alec was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations, including the Moose's Tooth Hefeweizen.

I stopped at this place directly from my arrival at the airport. It did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly - they made a sign for my wife to wish her well because she could not join me on the trip. The pizza and beer are crazy good. I am going tonight for the Hungarian Soup.

Good beers as well. We ordered 5 small pizzas for our family of 6 to each be able to try something different. This plus the nachos appetizer was enough food to have almost 2 full pizzas for leftovers to take home.

This place seems to always be packed. We ended up waiting 40 minutes, which seems to be quicker than most times. The server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu and tap list. We ended up getting four large pizzas for a group of 12 (4 were small kids) and had a lot of leftovers. The larges are a good amount of food with the thicker crust and abundant toppings. We got the Call of the Wild pie which had excellent flavors but was more dry than the red sauce pizzas. The Chugach session ale is also recommended.

Awesome place to stop for awesome food and drink.
If I'm ever back in Anchorage, I'll be stopping here.

Best pizza on the planet, period! I am in town working and needed a meal. This place was close by and I loved the name so I had to give it a try, being a pizza aficionado. Galuccis in Oregon has now been given a serious challenge. Until I have Galuccis again Mooses Tooth is in first! Staff are very friendly and the place itself is just amazing. Come to Alaska for an amazing piece of pizza pie!

30 minute wait for lunch, but I feel it was worth it. Got the brew house pizza and it was delicious! My guest got the cheeseburger pizza and he loved it. Service was good but it took about 45 minutes to get lunch served but I understand the restaurant and kitchen were very busy. I think if I was updated on the status of the order that would have been more helpful. Homemade root beer float was super delicious as well, probably because the root beer was house made. When in Anchorage I would return again!!

I DO NOT recommend the vampire sticks- lack of toppings and dry.

This is just an update to an old review. Lovely place for delicious cheesy melting pizza and tasty beverages. Carnivore pizza with my Arctic Apple Ale and Cream Soda was divine to exaggerate. A lot of tourists and locals gather together, so finding a seat and service can be quite slow at times.

I went alone recently, so I hit the bar counter, and it was quick at the snap of the finger. Drinks came off the bat, but food took time to come as expected. Yes, I did eat the whole pizza. Overall, I would recommend the bar counter experience over the table seating if it's just 3 people, couples, or solo.

I’m sure everyone in Anchorage has already been here but I have to hype them up once again. Been going here for all my life and it’s always amazing! We has the sweet and sour Korean Wings, Caesar salad, and the Diablo Sticks. Korean wings are ALWAYS a must as they are unlike any wings I’ve ever had. The caesar salad is definitely one of the best in the city, and the Diablo sticks are very good! I didn’t care much for the sauce the Diablo sticks came with, but if you dip it in their ranch it’s truly unforgettable.

A friend who owns my favorite pizza place in High Springs FL recommended I check out Mooses Tooth (I'm guessing to test the competition). We were NOT disappointed!
They have a decent beer menu to choose one of their home brewed beers- both the Porter and the Stout are recommended. As for the pizza, well...there's something you shouldn't miss out on! Even after filling up on the cheesy bread sticks we still were able to gorge on a Garlic Lover and a Wild Mushroom....I'm soo glad we have leftovers!

I came a little late for a pizza slice, it was after 2 PM. So I had the bread sticks and a porter. I have not been back home for 16 years. I came for a short, busy visit. It was nice to find some things have not changed. The service, beer, and food are still exceptional! I look forward to coming back for a slice!

We visited Moose's on our way to Seward from Anchorage. We had an amazing experience, loved the decor and overall a great vibe! We loved the food so much, that we stopped again on our way back.
But beware that anytime you go, there'll be a long wait time. (30m even at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday)

Now for the food : Every dish we tried was just great - tasty, fresh ingredients and huge portion sizes! And for a very reasonable price. They also have a lot of vegetarian pizza options!

I was skeptical about trying the highly rated "Amazing Apricot" mainly because I'm neither a huge fan of carrots on a pizza nor a sweet sauce on it. But I actually enjoyed the unique flavor, I loved the long shreds of carrot and it wasn't that sweet either.

I also LOVED their Sesame Soy salad!

Other things we tried : The Forager in Veg, Salmon dip (Appetizer portion size good for 4 people), mozzarella bread sticks (take it with the house sauce!)

Amazing pizza! We absolutely loved the foragers pizza and root beer. The pizzas are massive and well worth the price! We had leftovers for days. Even though it was busy we only had to wait a few minutes to get seated. Great place to bring the family!

Great place to hangout with friends and family for drinks and eat real good pizza. Best part is you can order half and half pizza if you're sharing with someone or wanna try two different pizza variety by yourself. And surprisingly there are a lot of speciality Veggie pizza options!

Best pizza in Alaska, hands down! We got Buffalo chicken & CheeseBurger Paradise and both were amazing! Christopher was a fabulous server, so friendly and attentive! And yes, they have a great beer selection, everything you need for a chill day in Anchorage!
