clean, organized, handicap accessible outdoor AND indoor. friendly and helpful staff today. great products and continued freshness. freshness is definitely a must for us. my dad is a retired chef and refuses to go anywhere else but to Smart & final for more than 20 years. of course affordable prices. thank you for making my dad happy. Story Road and San Carlos best locations in San Jose!!!!

Weekly Digital Coupons are super awesome! Saved me tons of money. Where can you buy 18-pc egg for just a buck?! Not even the so-called Dollar Store can beat that price during this inflation! It's all worth of it to download its App and Sign-up on it.

I had went in to shop. The store lacks of poor cashiers. Not enough. There were two managers ringing people up along with another cashier. I got in line in which it was one of the managers that was charging. Her name was alma. Even though there were VERY long lines, she was very fast and friendly to all of her customers. She would greet them and thanked them after they left. She wanted to get the customers in and out of the store.Very fast cashier in fact I think she gives better customer service than the actual cashiers.

My go to store to stock up on pantry supplies, good selection on meat, dairy, produce, and supplies

Went in early and got out quick with everything I needed. A computer glitch made something ring up wrong but the team there were quick to rectify it and had a nice friendly attitude. Great service S &F!

This Smart & Final Extra is great, the remodel is great, large selections, the Manager Oscar is great i miss him at the Redwood City store .

My Cashier Was Named Luz! I had noticed on my Receipt that I was over charged for some cookies, I went back to the same cashier and she helped me right away apologized with a smile! 😊 I Really Appreciated That!

Talk about affordable! It's always stocked and clean. The staff is helpful which makes shopping easier and the lines go faster.

I might sound biased being I work at a Smart&final, but this store was well stocked. Long lines but they seemed to go pretty fast and the cashier which is a supervisor Miko seemed pleasant.

Im surprised it's still there. Its small and in a plaza. So it means traffic. There are very few left.
