Grilled chicken outside is a hidden gem. Big portions and reasonably priced.

It is pretty clean and has lots of good priced items. I can find a lot of items in the supermarket to purchase.

I just had the very best chile relleno plate in a long long time!!!! This deli here is hella dope!

This is for the BBQ station on the left hand side of the entrance. Ordered the 8-piece meal (4 drum/thigh each). It comes with 2 16oz side, 1 rice (or refired bean) 12 tortillas and 8 oz salsa. All taste fantastic and authentic. Chicken is very juicy and freshly made.

Went to the one on Story/King ...they grill the Chicken outside, and it is delicious ! For $6.00 on Wednesday and Thursday, 8 pieces of chicken, 12 corn tortillas, and a pint of green salsa...Great deal ! And the ladies working are very nice, helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia... Nolan

The grilled chicken place out front with no name that's only open 2 hours a day is amazing. Charcoal grilled, crispy, flavorful, cheap.

I visit this store sometimes but whenever I came here I buy fresh fruits like apples 🍎, avocado, grapes and papaya. It’s a big and clean grocery store , having a big parking lot . Good service and helpful staff 👍

Ramón keeps the smoothest running grocery store I've seen, and I've been to hundreds. You can also spot him from time to time covering in the meat department, the back of the store or handling customer service out front. a true leader who wears all the hats and handles all the duties and challenges efficiently and professionally.

Good Mexican food. The fresh marinated steak is amazing and they're fresh cheese section is good I also got fresh salsas.

This place is my favorite fresh vegetables, fresh meats fresh seafood. Word of caution" do not go there hungry cause in the back they have a dining section were you just want it All!!! And in the front of it is Smoke bbq chicken with potato salad or macaroni rice n beans tortillas for families. GREAT DEAL GREAT PRICE

My experience with this market was way above par.
The selection was extensively broader than I had expected.
The prices on meat were astonishly better than local competition.
They carry a wide variety of fresh produce that most other places rarely stock.
I also enjoyed the fact they have an indoor cantena.
The lines were short and the service polite.

Open early, close late, foods always fresh!

Let me tell you about Cardenas outdoor BBQ.
Every Wednesday and Thursday they have a $6 special.
8 pieces of leg/thighs, dozen or corn tortillas and a ½ pint of delicious chipotle salsa.
Green tomatillo salsa is also available.
The chicken is grilled to perfection, tender and moist.
The skin is crispy and delicate and melts with every bite.
Sometimes there's a line but definitely worth the wait and effort.
The BBQ smell is wins out.

Best grocery store so far, everything is very fresh and inexpensive. The bakery section is my favorite, they have best cakes super moist, soft , spongy and very delicious.

Excellent, excellent food quality, prices! Everyone is friendly, really almost like a family environment, and the salsa music put me in a dancing mood. It is definitely worth the trip to Cardenas Market!

I went here for some tacos. I ordered my tacos and they gave me a weeks supply of chicken. I could have ran with the chicken but I wanted tacos. Aside from the run around the food was delicious. They get five stars.

I can always find ingredients I need here. Friendly place who treat customers with respect and speak Spanish and English. Parking is available, but it is so popular that rush hour can be hard to find parking.
