Harbor Freight Tools

From what I've seen: this location has friendly and helpful staff that will help you find what you need and point you in the right direction.

Enjoy passing by for cheap tools and replacement items. I stopped in one day because I had a roller that carries 200+ lb. have a broken wheel. Had plenty of parts. Prices sometimes lower than hardware stores.

I like Harbor freight and most of the store employees are very helpful. I only wish they had longer store hours!

Abert and josh are awesome, they helped me find exactly what I needed and suggested locks to protect my toys. Best customer service I've had in years

Like all harbor freights good place to go for inexpensive tools if you are not a commercial use. But no shopping carts

It's ok just had an injury using one of the tools I bought there tho, a small pry bar I was using the handle slid down n the end went nearly thru the palm of my hand....other then that good prices usually, just gotta keep in mind things are cheaper there for a reason

This place is great for decent quality and affordable tools and accessories. Additionally, I love to walk the aisles to get new project ideas and reasons to purchase that new dohicky I don't yet possess.

These guys are very helpful and the store is well organized. Deals on everything from tools to toys. The parking is sometimes crazy in the evenings, but worth the trouble for a good deal which you will find every day. Don't forget to join the inside track to get even more deals!

Amazing great customer service. Shelves stocked. Everything you could need and more. I feel like a kid in a candy store. I wish I could have all of their products. Decent quality for a great price. Plenty of parking.

Nice store, quite large and well stocked, friendly if harried help.
I just popped if to do an exchange on my way somewhere else, the line for a sales clerk was a bit long, but soon they called two more from the back and then things moved right along.

Staff here is always super helpful for me. I have never had a bad experience here. I work on a lot of things; houses, cars, yards, etc. This tool selection for the price is awesome. Some of these tools are actually decent just do your homework. Don't pay for a popular name.

Fun place to shop.
I only wish they had a phone number to call when you have a question a person of authority can help with. I purchased a work bench and I liked it so much that I wanted another but when I tried to purchase another 10 days later the price was almost $30.00 more. If I could speak to a person I’m sure they would let me have it at same price.
Other than that, I like shopping for tools and equipment there.

Unbelievable prices for tools and many other good. Things you did at the hardware stores for twice the price. It isn't top of the line but is decent quality for the price. This store has nice workers that were so helpful. Everything was in stock that I needed. No complaints.

Great customer service. Been here a couple times and everyone is eager and willing to help . I highly recommend this harbor freight over all .I've been to the sunnyvale one I believe or Santa clara. They're good and very clean with the inventory and have lifetime warranty on almost every tool which are pretty good quality for the money compared to higher priced brands. Will definitely come here only for any tool needs etc
