Colin is a wealth of knowledge and he has an extensive selection of movies and shows. Such fun to shop for movies vs online streaming. The neighborhood video store is an absolute gem and we are lucky to have Colin and Video Wave.

I am watching the Last Blockbuster which is making me nostalgic for Video Wave, my favorite store when I lived in Noe Valley. I’d tell those guys I was obsessed with documentaries and every week I would go in there and they would have a gem for me. What a wonderful neighborhood shop it was for me. Thank you, Video Wave, for the good memories!

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is a great little video store with a surprisingly wide selection of DVDs and Blurays for rent. All the staff are super friendly and huge movie nerds, quick to help with recommendations.

Free popcorn too!

Love this place. The selection is immense and the recommendations are always spot on. It's become part of our weekly rhythm.

We've been watching more, better movies/shows since we've started coming to Video Wave than with just Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

This is the only place to go if you want to Rent A Movie. Colin is friendly, quick, and incredibly knowledgable. The store is a little jewel box, well-organized and easy to browse, tucked into a candy store on Noe Valley's 24th Street. You never know what you will find in Video Wave's enormous collection (the oldest in the City of San Francisco) but it's bound to be good! Having a little fun while you rent is almost guaranteed at VWave.

Colin is great. His knowledge and selection of DVDs is invaluable in our every growing digital world of algorithms that chose your viewing experience.

Do you miss being a kid and picking out a vid? It's wild that video rental spots still exist. These days i still have to pay extra if theres a specific movie that's not on streaming services. Might as well relive movie store days of renting and take a walk.

This is a fantastic little video rental place in the heart of Noe Valley which makes you feel like you travelled back in time. Love just to see the place, browse their selection and try to take a few items with me (free pop corn included!)

You know what the worst part of Netflix is: the hassle. You have look through movies and pick out a good one to watch. What a slog. You don't even know what you want. You don't what you need. Let Colin from videowave pick out a movie for you. Colin knows best.
