I had an amazing and the best experience at this T-mobile store. Irvin provided exceptional service, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. He answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect plan and device. Highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service! Thank you again, Irvin!!!

I went into the store today to try to deal with a fraudulently opened business account that has incurred thousands of dollars of charges. The store service rep, Destinee, spent over an hour with me and worked with the T-mobile customer service over the phone to get the issue resolved. Her patience and dedication is a bright spot in what was otherwise an unpleasant situation. Kudos to the team at this store!

Sharae provided genuine connection to customer service! Fernando helped me and my partner with our questions about our phone plans and trading in my old phone for a new one. Both very knowledgeable and great personnel to have as tmobile representatives. Highly recommend them both!

Special thanks to Raul, Jesus, and Fernando for helping me set up my new phone whilst transitioning from my old one. They were very authentic and patient, and tried their best to find me the best deal.

Absolutely loved Sharae she is a God send at this place of business. She’s very professional, patient, knowledgeable and her customer service is a 100+. Every place of business should have a person on their team such as Sharae. Hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Shari!! She had helped me out today with my SIM card since it was acting up and needed to be replaced. She was extremely friendly and professional. Even if it was a miniscule and cost free thing to do, she quickly attended to me once I walked in. The team were great as well to chat with as they, too, provided to the atmosphere. Out of the locations in my area, this T-mobile was the best one yet and will be returning for any of my needs. Thank you for the help and great conversations, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. ❤😊

I wanted to shout-out to Kalei. She helped me to setup my mobile phone service for a family of 3, and substantially reduced my monthly bill almost by half from another carrier. Thank you! Kalei.

When my wife got her phone a few months ago, she didn't get the sim ahe needed. When her phone died, we went to this store and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in minutes.

Kudos to manager Shari who had to help me on two different visits to the TMobile store on Brokaw after major screw ups by Hector and Ruby at the Hamilton store.

I found Shari to be responsive, positive, and very helpful. In the day and age where customer service is hit and miss, Shari is a hit. I'd recommend to any friend or colleague that this location has management and staff who are all about customer service.

Kalei was amazing! She sat down with us and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way! She was extremely friendly as well as her co-workers. Would 100% recommend this store.

Kalei helped us out with everything we needed to understand for our big switch in phone service. Very glad to work with her and would happily come back to this T-Mobile for the amazing service from all workers :)

Raul is incredibly caring, helpful, and patient with me and my parents. He offered up a chair for my mother (she has a bad leg) before answering all our questions, and took the time to explain things that we didn't understand. I know I asked the same questions multiple times to reaffirm what I heard, and he was patient to re-explain anything that confused me.

He helped me upgrade my phone and transferred all my data, while explaining the new payment plan and clarifying my plan's perks and details. He also helped my parents set up a new line, laid out all options for plans that best fit their needs, and order new phones for them as well.

My parents considered opening a line with at&t, but after seeing the assistance I received from Raul with my phone, my parents wanted the same care and ease.

P.S.; this store maybe understaffed(?) since they lock up during meal breaks. Might want to call before walking in if it's close to lunch or dinner hour.

Amazing service! Received help from Kalei and manager Shari. Everyone in the store was so welcoming, patient and friendly. One of the best cell phone experiences I've had!

Very pleasant visit. I was there to get my phones ported from AT&T with the help from Fernando. Best part, he gave me the information on the current $200 per line promotion for porting the numbers over. I knew that when I signed up online, but was never given this information over email on how to do it.

Kalei, Fernando, and Sherry were great! My phone was having major issues and they were all helpful and fun to talk to while I wait for my data to transfer. I really recommend this location. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of.

It's easy way to get T-Moble services and they have best customer services too.
