Went in for fingerprinting for a new job. I have two fingers which no longer have a fingerprint due to an injury.
Jennifer, who helped take my prints was so wonderful. She spent an hour trying to get the prints accepted. She was extremely patient and very friendly during the entire process.she was sympathetic and determined to get this done.she even said " i am not giving up i will keep trying." And she was able to complete and submit the fingerprints successfully.
I truly appreciate the time she spent helping me and not giving up or getting frustrated.
Thank You for being so kind and patient Jennifer, you rock!

Staff was really helpful and stayed a bit after closing to help me send out my packages, which was very nice of them. Queenie, Enrique, and Rochel (I think thats how he spells his name, he was the driver, who also waited to get my boxes on the truck). Great staff!

Shout out to Queenie who was super helpful in walking me through to return a mattress topper. She even went above and beyond to help me package the item. 5/5 service!

All stars for the Notary service. Go to store for notary needs. The lady doing the Notary is awesome - super helpful, kind and sharp.

Every time I come in, I'm greeted with smiles. I love coming here to do all my mailing needs. Queenie is extremely sweet and helpful. She really shines as a professional and kind team member. Jenn, Ruben, and Juana have always been very helpful and professional too. Highly recommend to take your mailing needs here!

This is my local UPS Store! It's the best! ! The staff is excellent, always so welcoming, and with friendly smiles. Even when they're busy, still always fast, efficient, and with great attitudes. Especially my girls Queenie and Ayelene!! They wave if they see me parking and will hold the door for me when I'm running late!! I could ship from work, but I prefer to get a receipt (plus, I reuse the sticker paper they print on). And, I LOVE going to drop off my packages at the store. Its The Highlight on my lunch break of errand running. Thanks guys!!

I love this UPS store! Staffs are always very welcoming and greet you with smiles, especially Queenie. They are very efficient too. I have enjoyed the time when I come here.

I come here frequently for my work. Comments on forums like this tend to be echo chambers for customers who feel wronged and need somewhere to vent. I am going to break that mold and give my honest impression of this store.

Ajanae is kind and tries to make every customer feel appreciated. Alicia is extremely professional and efficient while exercising incredible patience with even the most stressful people. Lastly, Jennifer is an absolute sweetheart, and demonstrates a deep sense of empathy for every customer that walks in.

Although I haven't exactly been a fan of UPS in the past, this store survives on the merits of these incredible workers. Management, buy these girls a lunch and help them feel appreciated.

Not sure about other reviews. But Jennifer was super helpful she help me with a complicated international return with a commercial invoice. And another incident has helped me get proof of delivery even after I lost the receipt. Thanks Jennifer my experience was very nice.

To the reviewer who complained about paying $60 for notary service (and implying it was overpriced): notary service is priced PER signature. Know your facts before spreading false impressions.

I've only occasionally used this place, to drop off Amazon returns and today an Ebay package I'd accidentally set up to ship by UPS, but every time I've gone in here the people have been super nice.

I'm not sure why this UPS store has such low ratings. I've dropped off packages a few times and have always had a good experience here.

I came to drop off Amazon package when they just opened on Saturday. There were a young lady and a gentle man have gone above and beyond to help me with the heavy and bulky package. I would recommend this store. Thank you

I came in this office dec 12 2022 and it’s so quick, they immediately assisted me and gave me an invoice…. Highly recommended
