This pharmacy is always SO helpful! I don't know why poor reviews. They do all they can to help and get the prescriptions ready when you need them. Great work! Thank you!!

The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Unlike the large chains, they know their customers.

They have always been prompt.

Had two prescriptions that were supposed to be ready but they put one back bc I didn’t come get it. I had Covid and was unable to come get it, tried calling 3 times to explain and make sure they had the prescriptions ready as I thought they may have stuck some back and they never answered. I no longer live in the area so I asked if they would be able to do it now and they said at least 45 min which unfortunately I didn’t have. Now I will have to make another trip out here. Given the current rise in Covid cases etc, you at the very least should be answering your phone if not giving a 14 day grace period since that is the current quarantine wait time.

Called to the pharmacy looking for a a particular sinus relief medicine. The tech said they had it. Once I got there they said they are out of stock and had been out of stock. Waste of a drive. Tech is either incompetent or just a liar. Either way I will never go there again.

If I could give a lower rating I would. If you get controlled medications this is the worst pharmacy to do so. There is very little understanding/compassion for certain medical needs.
