I showed up 45 mins before I had to return my rental car. By the time I got to the front of the line I had to be back to the airport in 25 mins. To top it off, I had a written script. The staff was amazing and worked a miracle for me to make it to the airport in time. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Thank you!!

The pharmacy staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can not say enough positive things about Vonia, she always has a smile on her face even when she has had to deal with difficult customers. She makes getting Rx's for my parents easy. Walgreens is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! She is why I keep coming back.

My wife and I showed up for our Covid 19 booster shots with all the paperwork. Unfortunately both of our Medicare cards were outdated. Maria, their pharmacy representative could have easily told us to go home and called Social Security to get new cards with the proper numbers. Instead she called Social Security right then and spent her time to get the matter squared away. She did it with grace and we were most appreciative. The pharmacist who gave us the injection was efficient and courteous.

I moved to Norfolk recently and I'm really pleased with this Walgreens. I am used to using a 24-hour pharmacy, which came in handy on several occasions, but this location is a solid replacement for not having a 24-hour pharmacy.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind and courteous and always willing to offer customers help with locating or recommending a specific product or expediting their visit. I know that there are better prices around town on half the products, but the Balance Rewards program is rather beneficial in that respect if you have patience for certain deals. Everything I've ever needed as far as toiletries and medical supplies has gone on sale at least several times. Even if something I need right away doesn't happen to be on sale, I'll gladly pay a little more for the continued service that the staff at this location offers and to feel like I'm actually VALUED as a customer. That's really hard to find, nowadays.
