This TJ MAX is usually very stocked with plenty of merchandise. It is very organized, clean and has a welcoming environment. Definitely have shopped several times at this location and will continue to. Department employees are friendly and willing to help out.

budget friendly place to go get some nice clothes for a great price. there are also other stuff besides clothes that you can get for a great price.

Their Halloween decorations were amazing! The store is always kept organized and clean. I had to make a couple returns and the young lady who assisted me was very sweet.

TJ Maxx is a really nice department store to find different household and personal clothing styling needs. Nice personal care products as well.

I came to Tj maxx in Norfolk Wednesday morning looking for things for my son. They have an awesome selection and added a lot more recently! While I was looking I found a top without a price tag . A new associate by the name of Jenny , came up and asked how I was doing and if I needed help.
She was very friendly and got the price of the shirt for me within mins. I then notice I lost my earring and this sweet girl got on the floor and help me look and found it !!
Not everyone is caring now a days and it’s so nice to see retail workers who are happy to be at work.

Fun place to find gifts. Little pricier than Amazon.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I forgot my glasses and asked 2 sales associates for their Assistance and they were so nice to read ingredients for me. Great selection and Great prices. Love T.J. Maxx

Great place to find things. You will not always find what you are looking for, but there are plenty of other great stuff to check out. The deals are really good if you're flexible.

Find everything's I needs Excellence!

I needed some curtains. A representive helped me (I forgot her name). She was excellent. Her customer service was the best. She got busy and asked the manager (name starts with K) to help out. The manager pitched right in and called other stores looking for the curtains. They celebrated with me when she found the curtains!!! Teamwork has restored my faith in TJMAXX. I will be back for more.

What a great source for cool stuff at the fair price.

Haven't been in there for a few years now. I was very impressed. I like it better than the new Ross store in Southern Shopping Center.
