My brand new phone that was shipped to me did not work. After talking to tech support for an hour they determined that I would need to visit a store. I arrived and within 5 minutes Sung assisted me. In 15 minutes he had my phone working!
His customer service was top notch!

Worked with Alex yesterday activating my service. I had to port a number over from Xfinity - a plan I joined because of introductory rates - and absolutely hated the moment I started using their service. Going back to ATT was a breeze and thank you Alex for making it so easy, being patient and working quickly to get all of my problems solved. I never felt rushed or upsold, excellent customer service.

Sung was amazing. I went into att intending to cancel two internet, landline, long distance, and three cell plans frustrated with att. Sung was so helpful that I stayed with art and opened up a new business account.

WOW. Ari on Chestnut street just made my day. I have had this SIM card problem for multiple weeks since flying home from Mexico and I’ve been back and forth to the Apple Store and ATM many times to try to solve the issue. As soon as I came in today, Ari was so warm, kind and understanding and she easily fixed the entire issue for me without blinking. I was speechless! She even talked on the phone to one of my family members on the phone to explain something administrative about our family account and she was wonderfully patient with him. This is the first time I’ve ever left a Google review for any company, but I specifically asked Ari if there was somewhere I could leave a review for her because I was so genuinely surprised by how easily she fixed my phone. I travel internationally frequently and am relieved to know where I can always find her if I ever need help again. She even kept the store late to make sure that that another woman and I got our phones fixed. She and her teammates made us all laugh. She’s a god sent.

Melanie was such a helpful delight! I had lost my phone and needed a new one today and she was so friendly and comforting. I had a wonderful experience at AT&T store on Fillmore Ave, SF. Had to get a new phone due to my aging Samsung 8 which is about 4 yr old. Rene was the rep who helped me decide on the next phone, iPhone 13. Switching from Android to IPhone was stressful, but Rene was so calm,reassuring, and knowledgeable which set me at ease. He was sure to inform me of pros, cons, expenses, and options and spent a lot of time helping me. As a senior I was so appreciative of his patience and support. On a scale of 1-10, he is 20+! Thank you Rene for all of your help! You are an asset to your company!!!

I walked into the store March 1st panicked, having one of the worst days I’ve ever experienced. I was met by Mike, who was without a doubt, hands down, the best sales associate I’ve ever encountered at any store. He was kind, patient, competent, quick, and thoughtful. I was so scatterbrained and emotional and he worked with me in an empathetic and productive way—and was very observant of smart covid protocols. What could have been an absolute nightmare ended up being the highlight of my day...which one NEVER expects walking into get a new phone contract! Mike, thank you for your kindness, your competence, and your efficiency. The store is lucky to have you and I hope they recognize it!

Brittany the Union Street store Manager is literally AMAZING. She helped me resolve a billing issue i’ve been calling into AT&T about for over a YEAR in a single day. The commitment she made to make sure I was taken care of and understood was remarkable. This is truly one of the best customer service experiences I can remember in a long time. Seriously so impressed with Brittany - incredible experience through and through.

We went into the marina AT&T store to fix our account. We had tried numerous times on the phone and no one seemed to be able to get it right. After speaking with approximately 9 different people, wasting countless hours, I was about to give up and dump my at&t service. But decided to try the in person approach. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Anna (the manager). Anna got a brief description of what we were there for and partnered us with Rene. Rene was patient and understanding. He and Anna worked together to get our problem sorted. They did a fantastic job and we were relieved to have everything taken care of. They prevented AT&T from losing three customers, and made our holidays.

Naz was amazing! So helpful and very knowledgeable. I came in to ask about deals for a new phone and service (switching from Sprint) and the entire process was easy, fast and enjoyable. I’ve attempted to switch previously going into other AT&T stores and haven’t ever had this level of service - which is part of the reason I decided to just go for it and finally switch! I will definitely be coming back to this location if/when I need help in the future.

Today I came into AT&T on Union in SF. I was using a iPhone 8 and wanted to upgrade my phone and my cellphone plan. The store manger Tommy helped me out. He was professional and beyond helpful. He answered all of my questions and set me up with exactly what I wanted and needed. He made the process so easy and clear and was a pleasure to work with. He is a asset to this store and to AT&T.

Jon was so helpful! I was updating from an iPhone 4, know nothing about phones and was nervous about the customer service I would receive. I would highly recommend coming to this store for any cell phone issues you may have. The staff went above and beyond to set me up with a new device. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to customers. Special shout out to Brittany Summerhill, Allen Airo and Warren Samuel who were patient and resourceful while setting me up with a new device. Allen even drove to another location to get me the right device! Very rarely do I walk out of a phone store at peace and they certainly made me feel this way!

My 5 star review is due exclusively to the extraordinary customer service provided by Jon Farris at the Union Street AT&T store. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and chill — what more could you ask for? Jon went above and beyond at every stage of the purchase, activation and trade-in of iPhones. Answered every question I could throw at him without hesitation and with a smile (behind his mask). Jon turned a transaction that could be daunting and confusing into a pleasant and easy experience.
