AT&T Store

I made an appointment with the store to replace the sim card from my old phone since it didn't work with the new phone I got. Mason helped me with getting a new sim card and adjusted the setting on the new phone to make it compatible and that got it working. I appreciate Mason's efficiency and courtesy in fixing my problem.

He was absolutely amazing he fixed my issue and help me get something i was going to purchase my daughter for Christmas for more money. I was extremely upset and i ledt happy with a smile. Queen-

I just had the best experience at this AT&T store. Not only did Jay give me exceptional service, but I watched as he went above and beyond to help an elderly couple with a huge issue that they had tried to resolve on their own but had not been successful using the regular channels. He took all the time necessary to call his support team to resolve the problem (45 min) and did not stop until he went right to the top to help these people. All the while, he was helping me and other customers. You don't see this very often nowadays, so congratulations Jay on a job very well done and having the heart to do what it takes to make a difference. Thank you.

A pushy rude manager initially assisted my girlfriend and Daniella took over. Daniella was kind and courteous while the pushy manager tried to shove every possible add on down her throat.

I have a problem with the prepaid sim card of my mobile phone. Since other att stores cannot solve the problem of the prepaid sim card, they recommend me to this store. I went to this att store on the afternoon of May 13 to seek solutions. They not only helped I solved the sim problem, and helped me solve the problem that my Apple phone could not send MMS to the Android phone. I am very grateful to the two female employees and recommend this att shop👍
