Everytime I shop at this Ace store I am amazed at the friendliness and kindness of the satff. I am always greeted upon entry with "can I help you find anything" and am quickly helped within each section. Highly recommend Gavins Ace!

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware.....people. it might cost more, but people are always friendly, helpful, and you can usually find what you need. Best of all, convenient. Don't have to hassle with the crowds and parking lot at the orange place, or blue. Always try to go to Ace. Also on pine island as well

The commercials don't lie. They are helpful! I love it when employees know exactly where the things are at. Sounds ridiculous, but a lot of places you hear, "Uhhh. Let me look it up. Uhhh, I think it's on that isle." Not these guys. Thanks for the easy shopping experience! 👍👍

Yeah ok you pay more for almost everything but the second you walk in the door someone is there welcoming you in and asking you what your looking for and they help you find what you need... good luck finding that customer service anywhere else

Best customer service for a local hardware store. Always get my propane tanks refilled here because they actually fill the tanks. Exchange tanks only have about 15 lbs in the 20lb tanks.

Great place to shop! Very helpful, went in for a grill purchase and the staff was excellent. Bought the grill and it was delivered an hour and half later. Impressive customer service.
