He took his time and not only showed me areas of concern, but explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Paul came to inspect my air conditioner. He arrived promptly and was very accommodating to me. I appreciate how thorough he was in checking my air conditioning system. Paul explained to me the good points of my system as well as a few issues that needed to be repaired. He made my issues very clear to me as he explained everything in basic terms.

Ryan was amazing. He explained everything. Even waited until the electrician finished before leaving. That was a 12 hour day for him! Even called a few days later to check to make sure all was working well with our tankless hot water heater and disposal. Richard the electrician was amazing as well. Let’s face it, Best isn’t the cheapest but the service on this job was outstanding.

I made a new friend with this young gentleman. He genuinely cares about his clients and makes it perfectly clear. Not only did he explain what could be corrected and why, he did so in a manner that I could totally understand why. There aren't many in this world today that takes as much pride in what they do and the ability and knowledge to do it, but foremost and perhaps most importantly, how to truly engage with his clientele. I was extremely impressed.

Phone receptionist Amanda was very nice and helpful.

Technician Jay Cordero showed up on time, very courteous, explained the procedure and costs clearly, finished the job within the time estimate and at the cost estimate. He was very nice and explained things well.

Let me tell you this, I had to schedule another appointment which was fine things happen. What I absolutely love about this company when they schedule your appointment it is always on time. My appointment was scheduled for the hours of 10 A.M. to 12P.M. Manny Zomaro was the person here today. Honestly, with this storm approaching, I didn't think I would see anyone today. However, Coreena was able to get me in.🥰 Manny arrived here at 9:58AM, and was done at 11:23AM. When I tell you I absolutely love him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, overall a great person. I am so grateful to have chose this company. Thank YOU AGAIN MANNY!!🖤

Anthony did a great job reviewing all my household plumbing and and advised me of corrections that could be made if I so choose. He welcomed me to follow him and answered my questions as we moved through my house.I don't want to become critical, but I believe that with my Yearly Maintenance Contract a water pressure test and water heater flush was to also be performed. I do the water heater flush every six months so there would be no need because I would believe there would be no sediment to flush. Overall his visit was excellent.

Mike did an excellent job inspecting our plumbing system to ensure that everything was operating appropriately. He found a couple of small items that needed upgrading but that were not emergencies. No pressure, just information that needed to be shared and work that will be scheduled in the future because it will insure the integrity of our system over the long run. Polite and knowledgeable.. great job Mike!

I absolutely recommend Best Home Services for any plumbing issue. Rugger is the technician that I have been dealing with and he’s absolutely the best! He takes his time to make sure everything is done properly and working right the first time. He informs me every step of the way so I can make a better decision on what works best for me. Rugger has great customer service skills and plumbing skills. Highly recommend.

Called Best to rewire and add a light switch converting from a remote outdoor light switch. We were schedule two day out. Carlos came over, accessed the job, then rewired the existing switch to work properly. He spent a hour at our home and only charge us for the $39 call fee. we then had him estimate out another job for a later time. Nice to have a honest, reliable and reasonable company to help us with our electrical projects.

Richard was the tech that came to do our electrical system review. He explained what he would do, then proceeded. He was thorough and answered all my questions. He made a few suggestions for improvements but overall he said our system was good. We're very happy with his summary report and his entire professionalism.

Jehovah the great plumber came to fix leaking sink issues. Came out to Saint James City on February 22, 2024. Want to spread the word about his high quality of work and he did work non- stop for 4 or more hours. He was polite , kind and explained everything and prices before starting the job.
