Typical Home Depot experience. Had what I needed.

At the paint department today. Great staff. John really knows everything about paint, and is happy to make sure you have exactly what you need for your project. Answered all my questions., Really excellent shopping experience. They have everything, well stocked shelves.

I decided to change all the lights at our house, came down to this location to look for new bulbs. Not an expert on lights, so as expected, I was roaming around the store like a lost child.

Until I bumped into Glen! What a kind man. He took his time, helped me out with 3 different types of bulbs I had to find. I didn’t feel rushed one bit, he answered all my questions and I walked out the store with exactly what I needed.

Glen is the perfect example of an incredibly valuable employee. They’re hard to find nowadays. He made my visit quick and easy! I wish I had this customer service experience at other places.

I’ve been going to a lot of hardware stores since my business was destroyed by Hurricane Ian, and this Home Depot is my favorite. I’d like to give huge props to Tyrah for being so helpful to me while she was absolutely slammed. She handled the rush with incredible speed and grace, while being kind and courteous. I just wanted to thank you for that.

Excellent service and very competitive prices on all your DIY needs. Our family prefers Home Depot instead of the competitors. Dulce in tile and flooring and Linda in cabinets are assets to the company.

I feel awful that I can't remember this guy's name, bur his name was Rosen.... Something.... He was young... This gentleman helped me find the literal perfect Christmas tree this evening. He was so kind, respectful, caring, and professional! Close to seven feet tall, but the nicest young man. I wanted to put this in here just to say thank you for helping my family with our tree. We lost all of our Christmas stuff during the flooding from hurricane Ian. He asked around the store for the manager of the store and the manager, who I also have nothing but nice things to say, sold me the display tree. It is literally the perfect tree. I really cannot thank you both enough. I hope you both have a wonderful holiday season.

I really like this Home Depot location in south Fort Myers. They're usually very well stocked and have just about everything that I need.

Typically have everything I want in stock for the most part. The online app is really nice I do like .the online pick up orders also it enables me to not have to run through every single isle like a madman looking for one little piece of something that I need. Only negative thing is I get quite a bit of a spam in my email but not a big deal for 2018.

Went garden department. Not much help but 100 degrees and I'm handicapped and lady just let ne park to look for vouple plants quickly. Very kind, pretty good assortment and condition considering season and heat. They do take care of the department.

We love this Home Depot store, staff is always eager to assist and we come away with everything we need for our current project as well as ideas for new ones😁

The store is very clean, and very knowledgeable staff . They are always ready to help you find what you need.

For a big box store they do all right. Not always the cheapest on the block but their staff is usually very helpful and available even when you ask them about something not in their department. From many conversations I assume they must be required to know where all their product is supposed to be located.

We had a great experience. The product we wanted was not on the shelf but Fred was wonderful and found what we needed and it wasn't an easy task. They were 4x8 sheets of wood and he got them down for us so we didn't have to come back. They guy who was working the night shift also helped and was very friendly. Our cashier was great as well. Thanks for all 3 of you!
