This place is legit. Home made and unique! My dinner was just 14.99 for the entree. The appetizer had fresh made pita chips. Onion rings are superb! My server, Jessica helped guide my choice and she nailed it!

Finally, affordable seafood for the people who live in this area. This place was wonderful and I enjoyed everything I had here. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the other dishes. Highly recommended.

Spot on, worth the drive from Cape Coral Cheesy Crab dip starter a winner, good service good food and a pleasant atmosphere, very busy we were seated quickly in good seats no rush over the check the Shrimp skewer and sides were superb sadly no space for dessert but that’s for next !

Here in Southwest Florida we are in the middle of prime season where all of the snowbirds from up north have come down to Florida for vacation to get away from the winter. I came to shrimp shack today at prime lunchtime. I arrived at 12:15 PM and the place was packed. I was given a seat within 10 minutes of being there, upon sitting I had my waitress already getting my drink order and food order. Service was top-notch. The food came out presented, prepared, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of shrimp shack is kind of across between a modern diner and a classic diner. If you were looking for a place to have a nice meal by yourself, with friends, or family this is the place to come here in Fort Myers. The food is very reasonably priced for its quality, which I would say is excellent. One of the key factors that I think works for this restaurant is all of the employees are not Children that don’t know how to work. The majority of the weight staff are seasoned and well trained and seem very motivated to please their customers. The cooks seem to take pride in the food that they cook and present to the patriots. This is the key factor for this restaurant and I highly recommend anybody that is looking for good food come here .

The shrimp shack Ft Myers, is amazing! The peel and eat shrimp and the ceaser salad is the bomb. Snow birds from Michigan and come here whenever we’re in town, the staff is amazing and we feel like home when we visit!! If you love seafood this is a place you want to check out if you’re in the Fort Myers Florida area!!! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!’

If you find yourself in Ft Myers FL. And want to a really tasty place to eat. Run to the Shrimp Shack. Where the prices are reasonable for the seafood delights. With a verity of dishes and great deserts. The servings are half and full size. And the service is friendly smiles and assistance with your menu while keeping your drink full. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you come to the moment you leave.

We try to visit this restaurant every time we visit Fort Myers! Very good food! Great prices especially for happy hour! Nice drinks! Our server Julie was excellent! Very helpful! We enjoyed our shrimp and took home a slice of orange cake which was like a creamsicle!

We really enjoyed this place! There’s lots of fish choices! There’s scallops, shrimp, crab cakes, white fish and so on! There’s a chicken choice and a beef choice for those who don’t like fish! We had lunch and it was a lot of food! White fish fry and fries shrimp with sweet potato fries! Delish! ❤ Nice patio and quick service!

This is a little gem!!! Wow, the food was delicious. We had clam chowder, hushpuppies, fish and chips, you pick two shrimp, and a grouper sandwich. Gloria took great care of us. We will be back……yummmmmmm❤

I ordered the fried clams, fish, and shrimp plate. It comes with delicious freshly made hushpuppies, and your choice of 2 sides. It was all very good. That's a crab cake on a bun in one of the pictures. Fresh real crab meat. I also recommend it. The fried coconut shrimp is always a treat. I have eaten at this same Shrimp Shack since 15 years or so ago. Taste and flavor of their seafood has been consistent all these years. My favorite spot when I'm in Fort Myers visiting with my daughter.

Great place to eat. Every time we’ve been here it has been busy. Just have to either get there before 5pm or plan to wait(as they say 20Plus minutes). Food is fresh, service is great ( Vi, our server kept our drinks full and always had a smile, she didn’t miss a beat!). My standards that they meet: Coke products, outdoor seating, good service and of course good food!

We had a wonderful meal at the shrimp shack. The coconut shrimp was delicious! The service was impeccable. It's a vibrant Lively crowd so it's a bit noisy. You don't mind the noise it's a great place to dine. We did have to wait for a few minutes before we got a table. Overall it was a great experience.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today.
We’ve been here a handful of times and our service is always great.
Today Gerry was our server, and she was really on top of her game.
I feel very comfortable in this restaurant. The environment and staff are so welcoming. The dining room and bathroom are both always clean.

I’ve yet to order something that wasn’t delicious and I’ve tried all sorts of things here. Today we kept it simple with calamari to start, then soup and salads. I really love the Manhattan chowder, I have to get a cup every visit!

Great value seafood restaurant! Not the best seafood you’ll ever eat, but considering their prices I give them 5 stars. There’s a $9.99 menu during earlier hours and a kids menu for $4.99. We had the fried shrimp & fish platter w/ a side, both the shrimp & fish was nice quality. I also had the fish chowder ( tomato based) which was excellent! Grandkids had the cheeseburger w/ fries and the shrimp basket. Desserts are made in house that include a variety of cakes & key lime pie. Service was very good and atmosphere was a nautical cartoonish feel. They also have a drive- thru. We will go again😎

We were visiting the Fort Myers area and friends of ours recommended Shrimp Shack because of their amount of menu options. We sat outside in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Our server, Gloria, was great. She gave us the time needed to select our meal, stopping by and answering all of our questions. When our meal came out, we were pleasantly surprised by the portion size. The meal was delicious and filling. So much so, we did not need to eat for the rest of the day. We had hoped to return for one more visit before heading back home, but couldn't squeeze it in. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Great selection and limited to shrimp. Very attentive service and local ownership. Key Lime pie was top notch.

This was our first time eating here but we really enjoyed it so I'm sure we'll return when we are back in the area. We had fried green beans appetizer with their sassy sauce. It was great. I had Shrimp and Grits which was very good, but it had a bit too much cheese in it for me, and I don't believe I've ever said that about anything before, but it was very cheesy. It included eighth plump shrimp which were blackened/without tails, and very tasty. My wife had the Pick Two with fried shrimp and shrimp scampi and both were delicious. The hush puppies were great also, both dinners included two of them. The tartar sauce was also very good. Our friend that was with us had the Sweet and Sour Chicken, with rice and green beans and she said it also was delicious. They offered a large selection of homemade cakes for dessert. We each tried a different type, getting them to go. They were all very large slices and we're moist and delicious. Mine was Orange Cake, my wife had Devil's Food Cake, and our friend got the Almond Joy Cake. I think the whole bill including a twenty percent tip was right around $95.

My favorite place for blackened fish tacos. They are excellent! My husband loves the Skipper's Platter. Great portion sizes, excellent price, and good service.

Absolutely love the variety on the huge menu. There is something for everyone here! This is one of my "must visit" stops every time I go to Ft. Myers. Friends and I have had multiple menu items, never had anything that wasn't great. Met a server this last time that has worked at this location for 22years! Must not only have great food but good owners too! Homemade desserts are also awesome. Highly recommend carrot cake!!! Forgot to save room this visit and didn't get pictures of dessert. Friend green beans & mushrooms are yummy!
