Walmart Supercenter

I want to recognize Jacqueline for providing GREAT customer service tonight while I did multiple shopping transactions (about 15, if not more) for work. She was polite, friendly, and patient which I appreciate so so so much. I would give her many stars! Thank you again!! I am also thankful to the supervisors that work at this store, and the staff in the front end area - I appreciate their assistance, always!

I love shopping for toys for my 7 yr old daughter and 6 yr old boy and not too mention collectibles for myself!!!
UpDate:- Still a GREAT STORE to shop for almost every product from food to a tire they have it all! Plus not to mention (or forget) the customer service is amazing its like the old show "Cheers" everyone there knows my name 😉

This store is always clean, clear clutter. And they always have electric shopping cards available. I've had to wait up to an hour at other super sinners in North fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is my Walmart. I'll drive the few extra miles to be accommodated for my needs.

Biggest Walmart I've ever been in ! Was able to find what I needed without asking for help, and was in and out in 15 minutes. Great location a little south of Veterans Highway on Del Prado on east side.

Tall Micheal in the pickup Dept was phenomenal despite walmarts less then seller Black Friday pickup situation he somehow found ME ! And was able to promptly get my order to me . Steller job great experience!

We used the pharmacy and picked up a couple of items we needed. The store was very busy but we were served quickly and efficiently at the pharmacy and found exactly what we needed easily. They have a good associate staff at this location.

I'm not close to a Walmart super center here in NJ, but it's amazing in FL! We found everything but most important was, cards against humanity game that we played Wed night with my young adults kids and 84 yr old mom...OMGosh! It was hilarious! Mom was a great sport especially learning words and phrases for first time, lol!

Produce always has the freshest products and the team leader Yajaira was very helpful and helped me get what I was looking for.

This review is for Rocco at the customer service counter. He is the all-time best employee I've ever had the pleasure of working with at any Walmart. Every time!!

I like coming to this location a lot more than the North Fort Myers one, it's much cleaner and is a nicer store.

Great place for shopping! Amazing how much products they have ! Great customer service and staff is very friendly and take your questions very seriously!

Busy time of year, lines moved smoothly and I was in and out in 15 min. Using self checkout.

My favorite Walmart in the Cape. It's still a Walmart so keep that in mind, but the place is generally the cleanest Walmart I've visited and it's huge. Like any other place the staff can be hit or miss (remember it's still a Walmart).

Great prices & selection. Concern was everytime I asked an employee 4 assistance vert rare to find someone who could speak "ENGLISH" TOTAL B.S.!

In the produce area YAJAIRA is really good with customers and the area is very clean everything is perfect and organized

I can't explain how many times I come to this Walmart location to shop for instant needs. Audrey, who had a smile and helped me find something so quickly and also kind to share how I should get another product to help me even more at home! I would always recommend her!! Thank you, Audrey!

I want to give a huge thank you to Rory for helping me get my pick up order.. when I first arrived earlier roughly 4pm. You guys were slammed and after an hour and 30 minute wait unfortunately I had to leave to get my kids from daycare. When I came back roughly 7:30pm Rory recognized me quickly, and came out to my vehicle to assist me with my order. In less than 10 minutes Rory had my order in my car and I was ready to leave.

We had a wonderful experience at the optical center today with Dr. Vallone & her staff. We were looking for a new eye doctor in the area and are very satisfied with the level of professionalism and care we received. We look forward to continuing care with Dr. Vallone.
