Purchase of an Office desk (165 lb box) and store pick up.
Store manager Yvens was very helpful during purchase and made arrangements the same day for pickup at 1:30 pm when store delivery truck employee was there. I came back and they carefully loaded large desk box in my SUV, and box was in excellent condition. Great Service!!

Quick, convenient, good selection, but annoying credit card machine procedure. Of all the good things I recall, the checkout machine memory is the most enduring one. I would think they would want the last interaction to be the most pleasant. But because of the credit card machine, it was fiercely unpleasant. And the strongest memory. NOT GOOD for the business.

Ive never printed or copied from my phone before. Kevin was at the desk, he came over to the printer and patiently taught me how to do this. He was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Work from home and needed a new office chair that would be comfortable for 8-10 hours stretches. I purchased this new office chair from a very large selection to choose from as well as price. The store matched the price I had found online. The sales clerk was extremely nice, helpful, and pulled the chair from stock, and even loaded it into the car for me.

Excellent shopping experience. I ordered and paid online. I came into the store and picked up a few more items. The clerk carried the desk to my car for me. I can't say enough good things about this entire experience. A perfect mix of online and in store shopping. Three young men in a very busy store and each one worked harder than the next with.a courteous smile even visible behind an unnecessary mask! They deserve a special shout out because not one self machine was in operation overloading their schedules! No time for lunch!! And a really special shout out to Bailey!! He went over and above in all the nerd stuff i should have known but he did it all for me with an extra smile!! AND NO TIME FOR LUNCH!!! Hey boss.. you owe these guys big time!!

I ordered a desk chair online and picked it up. They give a 5% discount if you do it that way. The clerk in the store retrieved my purchase and loaded it into my vehicle. Simple, easy, and quick.
