H & W Drug Store

I just went there this week for the first time and was really impressed. The pharmacist, Mr. Henry, was very professional and helpful. I also found the staff to be courteous and polite. They answered all of my questions. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

This review is for the new one in Circle Food store in the Treme/7th ward. Didn't realize there's one in New Orleans East, which is where I'm originally from! The one at Circle Food store is running with great prices, no lines, and non-judgmental, reassuring staff. So glad I live right here and I don't have to fight my way through the big stores (and big chain pharmacies) right now. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Where can I begin we have been associated with this pharmacy since way before Katrina when it was in the lower ninth ward on Caffin and Galvez my Mother-in-law would not use any other pharmacy when I came back home in 2010 to New Orleans I used other big name Pharmacies for a brief period of time until I found out H&W was back up and running for business the big name Pharmacies had issues with my daughters medicine that she desperately needed for her medical condition well Ruston Henry pulled out all the stops turning over every rock not allowing anything to be a stumbling block to guarantee she received her medication that is just one of several instances just today one of medicines were coming up as $300 needless to say with insurance but once again my pharmacist Mr. Henry went to great lengths so I would have a zero copay. I will never deal with another pharmacy May God continue to bless and cover him and his business

If your looking for results this is the place I lost 60lbs in less than 2months let h&w fill your prescription the quality is worth it

Things have changed, with no explanation to the customers that may travel pass many pharmacies to stay loyal. I pass more that 15 pharmacies to stay loyal to H&W.....it doesn't matter. Thats the reason for 3 stars down from 5.

SO RIDICULOUS, just left here at 6:25 they’re closed it’s monday they stay open too 7pm now my mom is without her insulin definitely will be calling health board on youll !! Very unprofessional

H&W EAST LOCATION Is Horrible THE LADY IS VERY ARROGANT AN DISRESPECTFUL I WAS TOLD THAT JUST BECAUSE MY DOCTOR FAX MY Prescription in DONT mean that it’s gone be ready wen I get there she said that I had to call n ask them to fill my prescription every month it’s the same thing every time u try n support ur people it’s always a problem I don’t understand y if my Prescription was sent in on the 5th y by the 9 wen I come to get it I still have to wait for it to be filled so wen I ask that question I was told that I hv to call n say I’m on my way 🤷🏽‍♀ I don’t hv to call Walgreens Walmart or Cvs

I canceled my order and decided to wait for a better dispensary.
They are truly the worst, so nasty the management is Jah such a princess.

If ignorance had a face it'd be the receptionist. Just tried to get vaccinated and the lady looked at me like " And?".... Needless to say I won't be coming back. Oh and they don't sell masks apparently either 🤔🤦🏽‍♀
