Harbor Freight Tools

Staff was friendly. Prices are cheap. Quality is good (for the price). This place is great if you need a decent tool at low cost to get you through a project or if you are not using it on a commercial/industrial level. I picked up the low budget heat gun (Warrior brand) and a chisel to remove some old tile in my kitchen/hallway. Worked fine. Paid 1/4 of what the hardware stores wanted.

Well maintained store. Been shopping here since they opened 3-5 years ago. Great selection, get the Inside Track Club program if you shop more than once a month, pays back multiple times the cost, 2 years is much cheaper than one.

Good service. Can't beat the price on the hand tools. Quality is better than expected for the price. For power tools and up the quality can be hit or miss.

If you are a trades person, don't shop here. If you are a diy guy trying to work around the house, these cheap tools are perfect for you! I love this store for all my cheap tool needs.

They had everything I needed, very clean store, and very helpful staff.

They had what we needed and in several styles (2 Amp or 3 amp). Good selection of accessories.

Bought a tool box for quite a decent price and they were out of stock. They had the slightly bigger version so I got that one. The only problem is I was trying to cram it into a jelly bean of a subaru sedan with a really bad back. The young man behind the counter was incredibly helpful and even helped me wedge it in there. Great customer service with a smile. You don't see that very often anymore.

I went here to get a low profile jack. They had a bunch to choose from. The worker helped me located the one I wanted and got me on my way. I would recommend this place.

This was my first visit to this store and I am so impressed. I am unhandy. I was taught to use most hand tools properly and have acquired some power tool knowledge as an adult. Usually, I feel like a female in a tool/hardware store is treated pretty foolishly by the employees.

Not at Harbor Freight, the employees were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wandered around looking for the propane torch I needed and made a mental list of both gifts for others and myself.

They have a savings program for their shoppers as well. The torch I was purchasing was $39.99 and with the savings program discount, I paid $24.99 + tax. I love a good deal on something I need.

Great first experience, I will return and I recommend for your tool needs.

Visited on a very busy Saturday of a holiday weekend. They had exactly what I needed. I also had to make an unconventional return. The cashier and the manager, Foster, were both extremely helpful and friendly (even though it was obviously a stressful morning).

I had a couple broken tools, they didn't break because of the quality they broke because I broke them even a Snap-On would have broke with what I did, but I walked into exchange them and I walked out in 30 seconds. No questions asked they gave me brand new tools and I'm very pleased

I stopped in there today & Christopher went out of his way to help, was very friendly & courteous. He ended up being my cashier too & I was impressed on how fast he could navigate through the screen. He made the experience at this location great. People in customer service should model themselves after him. Thanks Chris!

Little bit of this little bit of that, they got just about everything needed for any project. The staff always helpful and good attitude.

I'm quite pleased with the variety, prices, and selection here. I usually reflexively pop into Home Depot or Lowe's. But with a trip only considering power tools and accessories for same, this was a good choice. I'm sure to consider them again in the future. Helpful folks on hand, friendly, and a bit less imposing than an entire home superstore.

They always seem to have what I am looking for and at a good price! I was amazed by the number of outdoor tarps they had in all different sizes and thicknesses. The prices on their batteries seem to be the best around, too!!
