I like Rag&Bone so naturally I stopped by at their Fillmore boutique; while we were going in; a very entitled, and rude “customer” was leaving and he actually hit me with his bag and body and did not apologize either… so the two employees in the store just had a very very bad moment with this person - (as an ex retail person I know how demoralizing that can be) and yet the two emu could not be more professional and welcome us! I apologized to them on behalf of that “customer “ and they were so gracious and kind…
They offered us drinks while we were browsing the boutique and being present with us incase we need their assistance! I was so impressed with their positivity, great customer service and professionalism! Highly recommend this boutique and bravo to those two employees!

Love this shop! I wear their jeans and chunky turtlenecks and hats! Sylvia always replies to my texts and sends photos of what I might like and she just let me know about their holiday extra 25% off sales! The Fillmore branch is my favorite.

Bought a pair jeans here last summer and they still look brand new. Definitely will be buying another pair in the future.

I love this Macy's location. They have a great selection of merchandise, including a home store which some stores don't have. Everything is neat and orderly (not rummaged through and messy like some other stores). The windows are always beautifully decorated during the holidays. Their Starbucks has a great view overlooking Union Square and their online order pickup is super organized and convenient. The Cheesecake Factory occupies the rooftop for outdoor dining which also has amazing views. Can't beat the location. There are so many great restaurants and shops nearby if you want to spend the day shopping or exploring with friends.
