I am a firm believer in Red wing boots. I bought a pair and wore them for a day and a half at work. It was then that they killed my feet and I realized I would not be able to work in these. I was worried that I had wasted $200. I called the store and was told to bring them back and they would exchmge them. Who else will exchange boots after wearing them? I love my new pair. Very comfortable. I will continue to purchase red wing boots.

They repaired the stitching on a pair of heavily used boots that I bought on the other side of the country, in Idaho, in 1982, for free. Some lifetime guarentee are worth it.

Good selection of Red Wing, Vasque and some Irish Setter...steel toes on the right; soft toes on the left. You can get your feet electronically measured and you can try different insoles if need be.

I met the owner of the store and they exchanged my boots and gave me a new pair they made the wrong right the owner was very nice
