Dunkin'

Atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about, it's a coffee shop after all, it was clean and well lit with the most recent health inspection clearly visible. The service was prompt and courteous, I would certainly recommend this Duncan to anybody.

Quick visit through the drive thru. Fast and friendly.

What a massive makeover at the Pelham branch of Dunkin. They actually open on the weekdays and weekends for walk in traffic. Best stop after a bike ride at Oak Mountain.

Drive through order was wrong. They quickly made it right with no hassle. Very good service and food was on point

I just want to thank the person that attended me today at 10:41 AM. She made me feel very normal and I usually don’t like to order food through the drive-through because the first thing people do is make fun of my voice because I got a lisp 3 million Americans are affected with a thick list and not one time I saw her crackle smile or chuckle or anything. She was very professional and very helpful and I want to thank her for that.

Their coffee is amazing! Especially the blueberry cobbler iced coffee. The workers are super nice and you don't have to wait a long time for your coffee either. They've got dunkin good prices as well.

i absolutely love this dunkin. out of all the other locations this one is the best. the customer service is never anything less then outstanding and so welcoming! Coffee is always fantastic and fresh!

The location in Pelham has improved tremendously! The staff is super friendly and they really take their time to prepare your order no matter how busy they are. The Dunkin downtown Birmingham however, not so much. My drink always taste 1000 times better from the Pelham location. Great work guys!

This location is amazing! My friend and I were originally going to Starbucks, but their dining room was closed due to Covid-19 precautions. We loved it! The staff was friendly and prepared our delicious drinks quickly! All staff was wearing masks as well. We’ll definitely visit again!

This place was wonderful after the Dunkin in Hanceville refused to honor my mobile order. They had everything ready and even had a mobile order drive thru line.

We love Dunkin! And the pumpkin Munchkins are great!

Me and wife come here at least 4 times a week! We know all the crew by name and they know our exact order! This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to and we will always continue to get our favorite ice coffee!

Super great service and staff! My friend and I went through the drive thru, got coffee and had a coupon for a free doughnut. Told the guy to surprise us with the flavor, and he brought back a whole bag of doughnuts for us!! Will definitely go back!! Loved the unexpected surprise 😊 thank you to the shift manager who did this!

Typical Dunkin Donuts store: good selection of donut types and flavors, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. There is usually a wait both in store and in the drive through, but the lines move quickly. Staff is friendly and the store is clean with a decent number of seats. It's not a place I'd want to linger and study/work, but if you want a good breakfast, this is the place.

My drink was perfect and it was made FAST. I think it was too good because the whole thing was gone in ten minutes...and it was a large.

Great location right off the exit. Service has always been quality and friendly. They do have enough room inside if you need to sit and get some work done while not being as distracting as Starbucks can be.

Markez is the best!! He brings a smile to my day when I stop in before work- he sets the tone for my day and is so pleasant. It doesn’t matter what kind of day he may be having, he wears a smile behind his mask and gives wonderful customer service to everyone - no matter how busy they may be. !! Thank you Dunkin!

I love driving throughand especially hanging at this DD. Great friendly staff who are responsive to your needs. The beverage in the picture is one that one of my favorites whipped up for me special. I think her name miiiggghhhhhttt be Tamika? but of not, she knows who she is!! Oh. If you go inside- come prepared with layers. It's usually cold as the dickens inside.
