I had excellent service at the Pelham store, with store manager Rosa. She was able to help me with a battery that was under warranty. However it was not in the computer it was pulling up another number. She was able to rectify the problem and look at the email receipt that I received when I purchased the battery. T

This Autozone location showed up and showed out. They made a super lousy morning more bearable due to their kindness, patience and stellar customer service. THANK YOU!!

I went in because my back hatch was not opening and I was hoping someone might know why. Marco came out and reset it for me, I didn’t even know that could be done! I am sure he saved me a ton of money vs. going to a dealer with this issue.

We came in with a dying battery on Oct. 11. It was nearly closing time, probably 9:50, and Aaron took excellent care of us. He went out on a drizzly evening, diagnosed the problem, found the right battery, and installed it on the spot. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we could get home after a long day.

I returned a part that I'd ordered online hassle-free. The manager was especially understanding and helpful.

Marco provided excellent customer service! He was thorough, fast & efficient with making sure we had the right battery, installing it, then making sure our fluids were topped off! If only customer service was like this everywhere.

I have been to this AutoZone many times, and every single time the employees are very helpful, they have what I need, and they don't make you feel as though you are bothering them by being a customer (like some other auto stores....). I honestly won't go elsewhere, even though it would be more convincing to at times, because I know AutoZone will be a good experience every time. This is a well run place and the attitudes there make you want to patronize the business.

Great experience. The woman that helped me was so kind! She was bilingual so she really could help animating that entered the store. Her Spanish was perfect! She quickly found the item I needed in their database and then installed it in extreme heat. She truly was a blessing. Thank you!

Marco was very helpful and courteous finding my warranty on a part, despite the lack of customer service at a different auto zone. I came here on a hunch, knowing I’d have a better customer service experience. I highly recommend this location and hopefully Marco is there to help u as well.

I dropped in after realizing my car had an odor that I was tired of smelling. Lol...on my way to a job interview. As soon as I walked in and to the right, I grabbed a car deodorizer, paid for it and was back on the road in 5 minutes. Friendly and fast service!

Absolutely amazing experience everyone here was extremely kind and helpful . They went the extra mile to make sure we were took care of Daniel the manger got us our new alternator. Rosa and Paola were very nice they talked to us for three hours we were there having our vehicle worked on by the mechanic they found us they even charged our battery and check on us multiple times while we were waiting . They honestly are the best people and best autozone I have ever been in and interacted with. I highly recommend and with vehicle problems to come here . And another extra thank you to Rosa and Paola for everything it meant the world :) <3

I rarely review but I had such a positive experience at Auto Zone tonight that I thought it was important. My car battery died and I dreaded having to deal with it after a long day. I chose to go to Auto Zone and Joseph who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We had a new battery installed in no time at all. Ask for Joseph when you go in!

I went to this location and the guys were so polite and very helpful ..I would drive all the way across town just to come to this location because I feel appreciated as a customer..

Needed a tail light bulb for my car. Didn't show up in the system. I pulled the bulb up online and one of the employees instantly knew which one it was from a picture on the internet and it worked. Plus one of the guys showed me how to do some cool stuff on my new phone. Great place to go.
