The UPS Store

So I always go to this store and they are always amazing and so kind! But I want to specifically give a big thank you to Jeremiah! On Saturday I came and got a ton of copies! I have an event coming up on Saturday and when I say he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of that’s putting it lightly! So thank you thank you! The whole staff is amazing!

I’m so glad I went to the south meadows store! Tammy and Deanna helped me out so much shipping my late grandmothers clock! It arrived beautiful and unharmed due to their wonderful packing. I’m so glad they worked with me and assured me the clock would get there in perfect condition!

Whether it's an Amazon return (which I hate doing) or shipping to family in Virginia, this location always works hard to provide excellent customer service. The staff there are always friendly and know me by name now. I love dropping off mail there so I don't have to go to the post office

I’ve been to this store twice for Amazon returns and I’ll be honest, it was so fast that I barely had time to get to the counter!

I worked with Tami the last time I was there and she, as was the 1st person I worked with there (I don’t remember your name, I’m sorry! 🥺) so incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive and patient.

The customer service was amazing, very positive and cheerful.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had an Amazon return that I didn't realize had to be taken to Kohl's, Kohl's wasn't open,. I didn't have time to deal with another trip and the gentlemen at The UPS Store showed me how get into Amazon, change it to UPS shipment and saved me a lot of time and another trip. So grateful for the him going the extra mile to help me and show me how to manage my returns in the future. Thank you!

My wife and I came in tight before closing. We had some important paperwork to sign. The manager Deanna Callahan was so gracious and patient with us. The world needs more people like her. This store is great because of her.

Tori provided to our organization the best customer service! She went out of her way to get our projects done correctly and on time. This is a young lady who will go far in life because she understands the business dynamics of the customer's needs. Recently I had a complicated shipping problem. I came to this UPS store where Jeannie, Deanna and Tammy provided me with a professional solution. The staff here really gets it! It's not only their expertise and professionalism, but they are such nice people who also took the extra time to guide me through the entire solution start to finish. Thanks so much everyone!

Just a quick shout-out to all you guys at "Corporate UPS" in your luxury towers: Your employee "Tami," was an absolute delight today when I drew the short straw and had to do the annual Halloween candy shipment. The best UPS store of all time. I do a TON of shipping and the staff is the most friendly, courteous, and professional I've ever come across. They go above and beyond in their efforts to help me get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Update: contacted the managment, very kind and easy to work with and gladly issued a refund for our miss-charge. Found the customer recovery service to be excellent. Notary service: Came in to sign documents for a refinance, notary signed 3 things yet they charged for every signature that we put down. $300 later, should have taken a day off work and gone to my bank.

As busy as they were when we went in the lady that took care of us and helped us set things up. I'm older and she took the time to explain everything step by step. Her partner just picked up his pace so that everyone was cared for while she helped us. From my observation neither of the people behind the counter got flustered or upset, they were very pleasant to work with.

Very helpful and printed out my dmv certificate within minutes. So thankful for Tammy and Sean for being so kind and nice to me.

This was my first time to this UPS store. Zach Digby carried my packages (30lbs, 30lbs and 40lbs) without hesitation to the store from my car. He a great young man with good spirit. Great commendation.

This store is superb in the customer service it provides. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help. We use them for regular mail forwarding and they exceed our expectations. Highly recommend this store.
