Rite Aid

I’m very sorry to see all of these negative reviews, my husband and I switched to Rite Aid two years ago and they have been nothing but nice and very helpful to us. At one point we lost our insurance, John, Natasha, Mohammed, and the rest of the team, have gone above and beyond to help us save money on our prescriptions. I will never go anywhere else, these people seem like they really do care, which is very unusual these days. I would like to give a special thank you to John, we would not be able to afford to buy our meds if not for him. He personally has helped in my quality-of-life, thank you John

I've been very pleased with this Rx. I always get my meds within hours and love the convenience of the drive thru. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend ☺. The texts are super helpful for communication!

The pharmacist and staff are always so helpful. Mohammad is amazing. He always goes the extra mile.

I’ve been going to this Rite Aid in my neighborhood for the last 14 years, great customer service and it’s super convenient.

I called and was worried that I would run out of my medication, talk to John today and he had cleared up in minutes with a call back to to tell me witg what had happened.

I've been going here for over 12 years, and the service fluctuates on customer load.

With that being said, I've had better service here than other pharmacies in the area overall.

I did the drive-through once! Almost fell asleep waiting in line.

If you go in and it will take 20 minutes, they will text you when it's ready.

We don't shop here but we love coming to get the ice cream that are big scoops and really cheap. My kids ask for it a lot. In the summer we like to come often. I loved it when it was "Thrifty's" and the ice cream was like a dime a scoop.

Good customer service but a bit of a wait to check out!

Rite Aid is one of the many stores that has a pharmacy in the store. They have a drive-thru pharmacy available as well.

The store carried a lot of household items, snacks, drinks, and wines. They have a good selection of wines in stock too.

I didn't see more than just one cashier working at the checkout counter other than the employees working inside the pharmacy department. No one was on the sales floor when I was there on a Sunday afternoon. I was looking for an over counter medication but can't find it. The pharmacist and the cashier were busy. I have to get it at another store!

Have had mixed experiences overall with this store. General shopping has been fine. Pharmacists are a mixed bag, some are well-mannered others are extremely rude, especially at the drive-thru. Normally, use Kaiser Permanente's pharmacy and get treated well 100% of the time.

After moving to another state and attempting to transfer my prescription for three days. I may have success! 4 different pharmacists have been on hold for 20-30 minutes each. Really hoping it works this time or I'm ready to get a new prescription.

Always pretty steady busy when I shop there. Usually only 1 cashier and a line.
