AT&T Store

The location of the store was very convenient for us. We came in because I was having issues with my network. Bobby was very helpful and informative. We were in and out in no time. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you!

Chloe took great care of me today. We traded in three iPhone 11pros for iPhone 15pros. She helped me update my plan to get the best possible deal. She patiently answered all of my questions and ensured that I was comfortable /satisfied before I left the store. Outstanding customer service, much appreciated.

My family of 6 visited the Elk Grove location on Elk Grove Blvd., and Frank and Donia were super kind and helpful!!

They answered all our questions thoroughly, were very patient (trading in, upgrading, and transferring multiple phones can be a lengthy process!!), and took the time to look at different options to ensure we were set up with the best deals.

Donia was absolutely AMAZING !!!! She made my sons Christmas dreams come true. I called in looking for a iPhone 15 Plus and was told the region was out. She then called me and I declined the call SHE CALLED RIGHT BACK !!!!!! Talk about excellent customer service. She told me one just came in and she could hold it til COB. Literally made my Christmas. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t get the phone for my son and she literally made it happen. She went above and beyond.
