We had a wonderful experience at this T Mobile today with Aaron! Our whole family was switching from Verizon and Aaron made sure we had the best deals. He was so patient and worked with us to understand the different plans we could sign up for. We were very happy with our experience. It took us a long time (mostly because we had a lot of questions) and he never seemed to be in a rush. Very personable and easy to chat with!

I used to be a Sprint customer until they were bought by T-mobile. I stayed with T-mobile for their customer service and cellular service. Both are excellent in most cases, and very few other providers have raised to the occasion to fix or offer me a better deal, so I stay loyal to T-mobile.

On my recent visit to this T-mobile store, I needed an upgrade on my cellphone because I cracked my screen. The sales agent hooked me up with a new S23 device with insurance and a trade-in for a 24 month contract of $18 to my current bill, which is a premium account of 100 GB of cellular data per month per line.

T-mobile has fixed the shortcomings of Sprint, raising my coverage plan and lowering my overall bill.

Still a loyal customer.

Great customer service. They do get busy please be patience. They also have a good supply of screen savers in stock. Why the other stores in my area don't. Well no comment. I drive out of my way to get this great service

My son's iphone quit charging. The online insurance claim said to take it in for charging issues. I went in expecting to have to buy a new one. To my surprise it just needed to have the charging port cleaned with a special tool. Thank you very much to Bradford for providing excellent customer service and his knowledge on how to resolve the issue.

Lam was very knowledgeable about the promotions. Very pleasant to work with. Refreshing since we left T Mobile because of a rude Manager a year and a half ago.

This place has great service and the people there is just amazing very helpful and very professional. Nancy was the one that assisted me with everything. Even later on I ended up emailing her and she replied back right away. You are the best thanks for all you do and keep up the awesome customer service you have in you. Everything was fast and clearly explained and was just a smooth transaction.

Went in to get help for an account and billing issue. I was greet by Yasmin with a wonderful smile, a t mobile customer expert.
She listen and get right on with my issues right away and walk me through every step of the process to resolve my account problem.
Professional, courteous and polite, can't ask for any more. A++ experience. Hit her up next time you visit this store.

I've been T-Mobile member for 6 years. From time to time I have gone to the store for various reasons. I went this time because my wife's phone was not working correctly and she was having difficulty in texting. As usual they were very friendly and helpful and in no time were able 2 fix the issue with the text. It's a great company to be associated with and I have nothing except positive things to say about them. The only regrets that I have is that the person who helped me I did not get his name otherwise I would have mentioned him by name. Keep up the good work

This place was great! DJ was super friendly and helpful. We switched from Sprint, got new phones with better reception (we live in Galt), no hassle. DJ helped us get phones in our budget, walked us through our new bill, helped me order the gift card that will pay our ETF fee from Sprint. The bill had no surprises and we have had no dropped calls and better streaming audio reception. So far Tmobile has been a good change, only about a $8 lower bill but we are not in a contract anymore and have new phones and better reception. Win win for us.

I went in to get a case for my Pixel 3a and they came up with two good candidates. The sales person was friendly and very helpful. I bought the OtterBox.

We had a great experience .Tyson was the one who helped us and made sure we had the best plan and best options .I love my new phone 7g water proof and shatterproof. Thank u tmobile.

OK, so...
There I was in the church Relief Society meeting, when I was asked to refer to and read aloud an excerpt from the Old Testament, BUT
the only thing that came on screen was a notice that I was not connected to the Internet at all...How embarrassing!

Immediately after the meeting, I went directly to the local T-Mobile store where Sheryl, the local T-Mobile Expert was very, very helpful.

Once again, I was a bit embarrassed,because all that had been necessary was to re-start my Alcatel Tablet...What a relief!

Thanks for hiring Sheryl in the Laguna Creek neighborhood of Elk Grove, CA, who was quite professional, truly friendly, and definitely nonjudgmental,
to assist me on a pretty
busy day!

She even took the time to show me the newest and latest T-M Wi-Fi app for cars, which I will also refer my Uber customers to, every chance I get.

Great customer service. Got a nice friendly welcome as soon as I walk in the door. And was help instantly after all the other customers before me of course.

Absolutely wonderful experience by people who really know what they're doing and very friendly they saved me $300 by making my previous carriers phone work what more can you ask for. Lam is the person to see.

Worked with a new individual who knew exactly what he was doing. What made it even more impressive was that I was on a time limit, and he still got a contract and financing done in under 10 minutes. 5/5. Would reccomend.

I love this store. I drove about 15 to 20 minutes just to go to this store. I like Mikail he's a dope Associate. They are helpful and the tell you anything you want to know.
