Fleet Feet is a very welcoming store Liked the service , very friendly, and goes over a lot of things , been here several times ,just bought a pair of Brooks Ghost yesterday, again Thanks for the Great Service Grace👍

The staff member who assisted me at Fleet Feet in Elk Grove was very attentive and patient, never rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable. He and the other staff were all very polite and professional. I was also very impressed with the new technology that Fleet Feet uses to measure their customers’ feet to give optimal recommendations! I highly recommend shopping here for high quality shoes.

Joey was outstanding. He was knowledgable about the products and was not afraid to engage with me as a person. The other staff were courteous and considerate of customers as well as each other. I would absolutely recommend the Elk Grove location.

I was happy to find them again as I didn't know they had moved their store location. Service was responsive, friendly, professional. Team members were knowledgeable about their products... prices are reasonable given the service and quality of their product.

Smaller than other Fleet Feet stores, but they still do fittings and appointments. They have lots of recovery tools and clothing. Great selection of insoles, too. Lots of staff available and willing to help. There are training programs based out of this Fleet Feet. Coaches for these programs are great.

I have tried 2 other shoe stores who find a tailored shoe to your foot, and this has by far been my best experience. Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, good selection, and they do what it takes to listen to your needs. I didn't even realize I kept them there 45 minutes after closing! They didn't try to rush me on my decision based on the clock, and I can tell they care more about delivering quality the first time around. Thank you to the awesome staff! (Side note: book an appointment ahead of time. They are worth the wait list!)

Andrew was very patient and helpful especially with trying on 3 different pairs of shoes with my custom orthotics. Andrew told me that I’ll probably like the first pair best and he was right.

Went in last night without an appointment and Adrian could not have been more helpful with first analyzing me feet and then finding the perfect pair of shoes. It was close to closing time but Adrian gave nothing but 5 star service. I highly recommend Fleet Feet / Adrian for your next pair of shoes.

Came to check out a few shoes, in-person. Received a very informative foot scan and eventually left with the perfect fitting shoe. The staff was friendly. The experience was comformatble, encouraginig, and informative.

Employee was knowledgeable and took his time evaluating and explaining to my son the shoes and how they best fit his needs. He got a great pair of shoes and some inserts to help with his arch.
