Amy's Hallmark Shop

My friend's last day of radiation was today and to celebrate we went to Amy's Hallmark Store in Petaluma. What a joyous time we had! Truly Amanda was amazing. She went out of her way to share fun new items for sale and spoke of The Harry Potter Collection coming up this Summer. She was so very helpful and SO very nice. She and my friends had a wonderful time and bought some great and fun things! Such a wonderful place and such outstanding customer service. Thanks Amanda!

A very helpful and kind staff. I was greeted by a young woman as I entered the store, asking if I needed any help, which I did. She attended to my needs until the very end of my purchase. I was truly grateful for the hands-on service that was provided to me, making my shopping go smoothly. I was there to buy special wrapping material for a lady who was turning 100 years old.

Ordered online with in-store pick up. I had called earlier because I received an email that my things had been picked up. I had not picked them up sooo...my information was taken with reassurance I would get call back. I did get a call back my items had been located and were ready for pickup. I went in and everyone was really pleasant. They offered a free product for my inconvenience. I will be back!

I loved meeting Bonnie, A new person for me inside the store, but I haven't been over on that side of PETALUMA since the seizures started increasing...But she was very kind and helpful to me and even helped to reach up high to get the high cards for me....even waiting patiently while I read them. I hope she stays for a LONG time...She even helped me out the door 😀

There is a great selection of cards and gifts. We found adorable Christmas ornaments that were perfect for us.

I love this Hallmark. I’ve lived in Petaluma for almost 20 years now, and the women who work at this store are always so helpful and pleasant. This is definitely my go-to-card, & gift store.
