Target is the undisputed heavy-weight champion of brick and mortar retail - over the last 5-ish years, the brands Target has acquired and built new infrastructure around is amazing.

The Goodfellow/A New Day clothing lines are legit, well priced and are actually quite comfortable.

Good&Gather is a great brand that has some heavy hitting items and the collaborative work they do with designers like Magnolia, the Hand&Hearth brand keep my family coming in for seasonal decor and home goods.

Specifically, this location is always well stocked and the employees ACTUALLY INTERACT WITH YOU (imagine that, customer service is still alive, just follow the red brick road to target).

I always enjoy bringing my family here, partly for the product, partly for the nostalgia, partly for the customer service...If you ever find yourself frustrated with the current state of retail and basic human kindness in customer service, pop into Petaluma Target, it will make you feel much better!

Target is simply the best of the large department stories. Even their groceries are excellent and 5% off too with a Target card.

Target is a great store. Third visit there and found many things that I didn't know that I wanted. Online ordering is also easy and efficient. Will be a customer for many years to come

I enjoy shopping here and love getting popcorn and a slushy to go.

Good Target store, it’s clean around the store as well as the bathrooms (only used few times but really clean) the pharmacy does well and most importantly for me anyway, they don’t seem to run out of items hardly at all if ever I’ve noticed. The grocery isles are clean and well stocked. All around I hate shopping but this store makes a one stop shop bearable.

I was never a Target shopper until one opened in Petaluma that I started shopping there and now it's my place to go.

Some time you can get better deals than Costco, especially when they have buy 2 get $5 target card.

My mom does her grocery shopping here! She claims they have some of the best produce and best prices in town. I had no idea..but if anyone would know it would be her...so there you go! Target has become her one stop shop for pretty much everything.

As a ambulatorily challenged Senior, I am thankful that Target has several, Charged-up, electric carts for us...!

Target has a lot of good products and baby products for a good price and conveniently lets you get housewares, baby products, toys, bikes and grocery foods all under one roof. So instead of going to multiple stores for all of these things and can get it at the one.

Yes I am giving the five stars not to the store but to a very helpful young lady named Hannah who answered the phone for me after trying to get a hold the store for 30 minutes she happily answered and helped me find what I needed she was very sweet polite and was telling me she was sorry because no one else answered the phone for 30 minutes and I told her it wasn't her fault she was doing her job it's the stores fault and that I was going to take care of ain't going to know that their customer service is terrible as far as answering any phones cuz not one phone was answered in 30 minutes at every Department I tried which is terrible for customer service just letting you know you need to up your game in answering phones in your store Hannah is a great employee she's a sweet girl who deserves some recommendation a pat on the back and told that she doing a great job I do not know the girl or I have not ever met her but she was very nice to me on the phone and helped me to succeed in my purchase thank you Michelle Luna

Went to the service desk to return a shirt and was pleasantly surprised by how speedy, helpful, clear one of the team members was, I believe her name was Maggie. Employees like this are what make businesses great.

I am Hard of Hearing almost Deaf. I had two employees go above & beyond to help me with using sign language. Not many places do that. I wanted them to get a big thank you & praise from it.

I love shopping at target they always have what I need, and employees are very friendly and I get in and out! Most days😁

The young man cashier that checked me out was courteous, friendly, gracious, personable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. He looked me in the eye and was genuine. I believe his name was Isaac.

Self-Checkout is great... Only had a few checkouts opened and they had long lines.. self-checkout was under-utilized, so I jumped into that 1-person line. Easy, fast efficient !

2 the wonderful security of target in washington petaluma and to the sales lady who help me find my cellphone... im so thankful that my phone was return in to me after the security got out from store and was looking for me to return my phone. I was gonna go home and just call Verizon with sad feelings without my phone.
But i do appreciate this sales lady’s and the security. Thank you ai much from the buttom of my heart. This happened yesterday around 1-2 pm. Thank you again🙏
