AT&T Store

Verizon service has been extremely unreliable (plus they've become extremely greedy), so we came in to switch our multiple lines after 20 or so years with Verizon. The young man that helped us was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. He overcame what I thought were some obnoxious obstacles, but he didn't seem to mind at all. He was attentive to us, even while greeting customers as they walked in, and offered us the best deals possible. No pushy sales tactics or pressure. Some customers came in and were less patient than others (yay... the joys of customer service and not being able to please everyone). I felt bad for them, as they really seemed to want to do the best for their customers. We'll be back next month to upgrade the rest of our devices (since financially we couldn't upgrade them all at once). My stress is relieved after breaking up with Verizon after 20 years, and we're looking forward to having better phones and more reliable service going forward.

Aidan was fantastic. He took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through all of the stuff. I had to leave to grab my kid and was very accommodating. I appreciate his knowledge and patience along with the rest of the staff that was working today.

Came in because my phone kept turning off the wifi. Went to another store and they didn't know what to do.

I went into buy a new phone. Only one associate in the store that day. Adían was spectacular! He answered all my question, got my phone up and running all while juggling the steady stream of customers coming into the store. You are lucky to have this young man working for you.

I had a random problem about a month ago where my calling capability was randomly turned off. Suddenly I could not make a call any more. Took my phone in on a Saturday morning and found only Amari working. Not only did she have to handle troubleshooting the reason for my phones failure (AT&T flagged and locked my SIM card), she had to troubleshoot for the Techs on the phone too! She was able to calmly diagnose and understood what happened with my scenario, and how AT&T created a headache that she had to fix. An outstanding person who was able to multi-task my on-going issue while helping other customers waiting as well. She single-handedly ran a store by herself in a pandemic-stricken labor-shortage. THEY DO NOT PAY PEOPLE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH THIS. I am going to guess she is severely under-compensated for her skill. Kindness and capability like hers is abused. I hope she is able to move into a better compensating and rewarding career.

I visited the store with several problems. Aiden was so helpful. He walked me through what I needed to do. If you like AT&T go see Aiden.

I absolutely love Amari and Caitlin! Amari was the one that assisted me in getting my new phone ordered to my house and she was great! She was so bubbly and had a great personality and I loved how she worked with Caitlin while I was waiting to be helped! She was patient and answered any questions I had without being mean. I will definitely be back for any and everything I need help with regarding my phone and my account. Best customer service hands down

Hector Gutierrez is awesome!! He provided excellent service not once but 3 times in the last 2 days. He was so pleasant, professional and very, very patient. He got us set up so quickly and effectively but with a great smile and so courteous! He is such a great employee! Kudos to you for having such a wonderful employee!

Love this location! Been looking around for a good location to come get help on my cell phone service. Came here the other day to get an upgrade and Dexter T (Manager) helped me out. He was very helpful and gave me options that fit my needs. Never did I felt pressure or pushed to buy anything. Came out with a phone I really want and very happy. I’ve been to other locations before but didn’t feel welcome there. This location will be my home location from now on. Come ask for Dexter if you guys ever need any help, he’s the best!
