Dario Rios came very promptly, assessed the clogged drain issue and got down to business. He resolved the issue promptly. He offered a longer term solution for us to consider. All in all, a most excellent experience. I’d recommend Rotor Rooter of Novato, and Dario any day.

Robert and Manuel showed up on time and were able to address our clogged 10” - 100’ culvert pipe within 1/2 hour. They were extremely professional and expedient in resolving our issue. Thanks so much!

I had a problem in both bathrooms which meant that my all system needed cleaning. I called after hours and within less then an hour a nice guy named Dario came and work to clean the pipes and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He was very nice and efficient.

Jesse was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I am going to have him come back again, hopefully, next week to do some more work on our drain line I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent service. Had to unplug indoor spa and educated me about outside sewer cap being on too tight so I didn’t know it needed to be serviced. He had to snake my sewer three times. Never gave up. I’ll always request Dario Rios for future plumbing needs.

Eddie Kaliata, the technician who provided my service was very competent and professional. He arrived on time and efficiently completed the service: main drain cleaning to sewer. He was able to answer all of my questions and also gave me useful advice. I am very happy with my experience.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day for a non-emergent shower drain. Juan was very professional, polite, and quick. He found and solved the problem very quickly. He was also very careful about putting on shoe covers.

We had a tenant report a sewer line issue. We reported it to the city and they sent Roto Rooter out to investigate it. The blockage was in our lateral line. Brandon explained the problem and he was able to get the blockage removed in excellent order. We are very pleased with his work and will recommend you again.

Tim and Robert dealt with a very bad sewer clog at my house, on an emergency basis, on a holiday evening. They came promptly, worked hard to fix the problem, and were cheerful and pleasant. I’m so grateful!

They were great! Came out on a Saturday night in about 20 minutes after falling for help and snaked the line to about 135 feet, cleared it quickly and easily which was critical for me as I had 5 house guests!

Roto rooter has been great. I’ve used twice and great that they answer 24/7 and can schedule for next day when I call at night so I don’t have to do emergency all out. Both techs have been super friendly and efficient and gone extra mile.

I could not have asked for a kinder, more professional technician. Stan took time to explain and show me w/camera my sewage problem. He managed fixing the basic problem, along with a more complicated one.
All in all, I was more than satisfied.
