The UPS Store

The customer service at this store is excellent. Sarah helped me so much the other day and the other lady who works here is always so helpful and kind. I truly appreciate it and it is not going unnoticed!

Inside Raleys! I drove around mall twice. Very helpful staff-person- great! (just wish they had sign outside)

CALL BEFORE YOU VISIT. This location is often closed during listed hours due to employee shortage.

I didn't know they were located in side Raley's. Very friendly employee.

One star for when someone is actually there… have made three trips and their closed during business hours; they might as well remove this as a UPS store!

Every time I go there and they say they're open nobody's there. super frustrating and a waste of time.

Not prepared to ship even the most basic items. Don’t bother wasting your time with this place go to a real UPS store.

It’s never open and when they are it’s a hit and miss on getting your order or package supplies it was a waist of time

Apparently this location has been closed for two weeks and the staff at Raleys have no idea why. Kind of frustrating.
