Overall excellent adult sex store.
1. Customer service was excellent and knowledgeable of all of the various products.

Theater experience was excellent. We go as a couple on Fridays (admission is free for couples) and we have met interesting people on every trip. They always keep the tissue fully stocked. The only complaint is the chairs are too squeeky and uncomfortable.

Brandi and Bri were amazing. I never expect great customer service at these venues, so when I received it on multiple visits I had to write a review. The store was stocked with some great products. The restroom was clean and I felt the parking lot was secure. The theater was comfortable with a good mixed crowd. My only issue was not one that I believe staff could have made better. There was a group of really annoying CD's constantly talking loud and being aggressive toward customers who were clearly uninterested in them.

The saleswomen with redish brown hair is incredibly knowledgable about the merchandise. She dresses a little punk rock, and is very hot. Love this store

Service was great helpful lady and gentleman were great clerks so unlike competition or elsewhere. Nice and large selection of toys lingerie and anything your lifestyle required gear they got it in stock or i think tney'll order for you. We had a great experience found products we wanted and a reasonable price and better quality we want new in perfect condition product, not some used repackaged bad videos which contain ads and skip lame videos of other competing stores don't coampare to a quality vid products quality toys and great new clothes shoes whatever is all great. We'll be come back for more whenever we need a few toys and whatever we need. Hey wanna better more fun sexlife its possible ask them for all new pills for that better sexlife guys.

Bri A was so discreet with getting me the information I needed. She was knowledgeable and non judgemental (and Silas was cool too). Definitely going to return because it was so easy and comfortable to shop!

'Superstore' is right! Been there several times and always left satisfied. Unparalleled selection to shop from for every taste. Plus private vid booths for viewing fun, and my favorite, the 2-room theater with 2 screens each and rows and rows of comfy seats to kick back and 'relax' in. I've met a likeminded 'buddy' every time there, and WELL worth the price of admission. 2 thumbs up to the friendly staff for keeping a nice clean place and removing undesirables when they need to. I can't wait to go back.

I don’t live in the area anymore but Illy always helped me and continues to help me when I stop thru!! She made me feel so comfortable when I first started shopping there and looking for guidance on which products to choose, and didn’t make me feel like I was dumb for being as vanilla as I was when I first began shopping here, and was always discreet towards any partners I brought along. Definitely ask for her she knows her stuff and is SO so genuine with finding the right products for your and your partners needs and preferences.

Me and my gf were looking for a shop with an adult cinema so we posted an ad on CL to see what most recommend since we are up from Temexula. This location and AE in Kearney got the most positive messages ultimately we decided on AE bc it was a bit closer. However second time around AE had a wait list on Couples rooms and the guy working at the time was all tweaked out so we decided to check out this place at 3am it was only a short 10 min drive. Definitely wish we would have checked this place out a bit earlier huge store with an amazing collection of lingerie for the ladies and the most I've seen for guys as well. Really get into my role-play situations so definitely a plus for me they had different options for guys when it comes to clothing ;). We walked into the cinema which is the most legit one I've seen this far it was packed both rooms so me and my gf decided to just hit up a booth for a quick preview;) definitely a great. If anyone is a frequent visitor please contact me I would like more info I heard they have couples nights?

Just ask a question and they'll walk with you and show you exacly what your looking for and if you explain an exact quality you are looking for like firmness... they will help you find exactly what you need. Even if your uncomfortable, just ask a simple question and they'll open up to you and make you feel more comfortable to ask questions
