Love Ulta! If your wanting DIY @ home nails always buy from Ulta. I just bought the RedCarpet starter kit essentials and my nails wouldn't come off until I took my nail drill to them! Fantastic products thanks Ulta!

Got an actual good haircut here. Also has good makeup,skincare, and hair product selection. Clean and friendly...

Perfect place to shop for my mother or sister. Staff is very helpful and willing to work with you to find what you want. My mother and sister just loved what the staff helped me pick out. They couldn't be any more helpful or welcoming.

The employees were the absolute best and so helpful and friendly. I hadn't bought new makeup since high-school so I needed an all new haul and the guy that helped me was so amazing. He color matched me just by looking at me and helped me find all the best products for me within my budget. He is 100% what made the sale, I was so anxious and had no idea what I was looking at and was about to give up when he came to help. I found everything I was looking for and walked out feeling great.

I had two amazing women help me buy everything I needed to do my makeup yesterday. I really wish I remembered their names because I cannot give them enough praise.

I also went in today and got my brows done by the amazing Krista and I couldn’t be any happier with the service. She was such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable!

I would definitely suggest this ulta location. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and made me feel amazing unlike other locations I have visited in the past! I will 100 percent be returning!

I've visited here many times and have always had great experiences. Yesterday I was helped by the most wonderful worker named CJ. He offered his honest opinion on a product I was wanting to try and was able to help me find a product for a specific issue I was having. When I went to check out, the front was a bit busy with one person working the register. I haven't wait too terribly long but CJ quickly came to help check me out. He was absolutely wonderful, and I mentioned so to his managed who was on duty. I did however not get one of my items. Today, I called and spoke with the manager on duty, she let me know to bring in my receipt and that she would get it figured out. When I arrived, staff was supper friendly and helpful. Manager was kind and offered to replace the item. I grabbed another off the shelf and brought it up front, to which one of he girls stated that hey had seen that item on the counter this morning and had returned it to the shelf. So, it had not made it into my bag. Everyone was so polite and helpful, never accusatory or presumptuous. I was positive that I had not seem it in my bag, but I could have been wrong, I let them manger know that and yet she still offered to get me another one. I love this location and will return, due to the great level of service I always receive.

I'm always nervous about getting my hair cut by someone new but Kassie didn't just do a good job she did an amazing job!! Will definitely be going back.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I came in specifically for a brow wax from Krista at the Benefit Brow Bar. Krista did an amazing job! She started by showing me where she intended to wax and what shape to expect. She also listened to my feedback and touched up some areas. I could not be any happier with my experience. The $5 eye mask is also totally worth it!

While I didn't do any shopping myself this time, I did observe many of the associates helping customers and was impressed with the level of customer service here.

Chloe is always so polite and personable. I like coming to this location, the staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Always a good experience.

Kassie did an excellent job on my hair. She really listened to my hair history and knew what to do. Krista did my brows quickly and pain-free. CJ was the first person, ANYWHERE, to actually match my color and give real advice with choosing products that will actually work together. Honestly, I’m not going anywhere else. Excellent customer service, knowledge, and kindness is what you’ll find at the location across from Menard’s.

I love going to Ulta! They are always so kind and answer any questions I have; I’m not that good at makeup. I don’t do full face makeup just my eyes and eyebrows. I have been getting my brows done at the brow bar for a couple months. I always see Krista, and she does a fantastic job. She’s great to visit with also and makes me feel confident!

This is my favorite Ulta in town and not just because it's closer to me. It is typically stocked well and organized no matter what time I come in. The staff is genuinely kind and actually helpful. Plus, it's nice that the location doesn't see as much traffic as the one in Primrose. I can easily find a parking spot and not contend with the Best Buy traffic.

I went in for some beard care products and left with a really incredible haircut which I didnt even know they had at Ulta, my stylist kassie was really personable and skilled at her job. Really great experience. The store was also really clean, employees all had their masks and weren't too pushy with sales but also helpful and friendly. Great store

This is the best Ulta beauty store I have ever been to. Krista at the brow bar is amazing. All the employees at this location are the most helpful people. I will definitely come to this location all the time now. I highly recommend this location in Springfield Missouri.

I went to this location for my first make up experience and the staff was excellent. She helped me find what I needed, showed me how to apply it and it came out great. I would highly recommend this location because their customer service representative was excellent.

Very helpful group of ladies! I love this location. The floor plan makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The lighting also helps! Thank you ladies for always greeting me when I walk in with a warm friendly smile. I always feel welcomed.
