They were amazing helping me get set up to fame with my salon team ! I have been coming here for a long time when my son was little to now and the staff is great !!

The GM that supervises here and over at Kansas Expy is awesome. He goes out of his way every time to help out, is super knowledgeable and an overall rad person. I prefer this store out of all the locations bc of the staff. Danny is really chill and created a great experience for my 8 year old daughter whose getting into Pokémon. He also helped us out with Hello Kitty and anime stuff and really gave excellent customer service. We’ll be coming back here again soon w/ our Xmas money. Lol

Amazing staff. Brandon made my day completely better with his knowledge of products and kindness on a horrible day for me. All respect to him!

The best place to go for any video game. If you need any advice or if you are a veteran gamer this is the store for you!

Man I am not a corporate game store guy at all but I have to admit this location has impressed me. Most of the time when you go into a GameStop you get the same rude employee who hates their life and just works for the discount or whatever. This location is totally different. The GM is super friendly along with all of his staff. Always happy to chat about whatever whether it's video games, cards or collectables. Highly recommend if you must go to the dreaded corporate America store you go to this one.

Love that you can trade in and get different games or get store credit. Game Stop gets 5 stars they are awesome.

I came in today the 23rd two days before Christmas it was swamped, phone calls and people in the store and the one person working behind the counter was as nice and level headed as could be. I know personally I would not have been able to keep it together like this man did completely alone he deserves a raise or bonus or something. He was running two registers and manning the phones with a cold, the man is a hero!!! 10/10 experience.

Had an issue with the pricing system, was charged, but transaction said i wasnt. The store leader worked with me and was able to get it sorted. He was super professional through the whole thing and turned a poor experience into a great one.

Super helpful folks, especially the manager. Gained a bunch of knowledge in the short time I spoke with him and I'm no dummy.

The associate was super nice. The store was clean and well maintained. The only downfall is it smelled like a nail salon. Because there is a nail salon on the other side. For me that doesn't affect my review of GameStop only the nail salon, who should have to pay to insulate the walls better or move.

Vance and Sean do an absolutely amazing job of turning a corporate store into a locally owned feel. They remember who you are, what you like to play, and ask about how you are doing every time! Will only shop at this location, and will always send people to this location!

Always nice employees and great customer service. NEVER had a negative experience with this store in all the years of shopping there. If anything they just get better and better at what they do!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have 2 different aged grandson,s that loves to go to GameStop and of course they get the best of Grandma! Still love it! Isn't that what Grandma,s are all about? L

My son is a HUGE gamer so i go here a lot! They are always friendly..a little slow sometimes, but I usually go when a game has been released so that's to be expected! Good place to buy games!!
