1st time I've been to this new location. Very impressed with the super polite and courteous employees. So much to see and good selections of alot of craft items! Great sales!

Yeah they got more yarn! There were 3 very nice ladies rearranging the whole area. My daughter happened to video chat with me and I got to show off my new granddaughter and show them who I was crocheting for!

Exactly what I've come to expect out of Michaels, a decent variety of supplies at reasonable prices. The store is well laid out, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that it isn't bigger!

Store is newly opened and very clean! The organization of the products is wonderful and the employees are friendly and very helpful! Two thumbs up and highly recommend!

I like this new location better than the old one I've been going to for over 20 years. It's bright, clean, fully stocked, and organized well.

The cashier was having a bad day, but it's Michael's -same and just as good as all the other Michael's.

Popped in real quick. They had what I needed but it was more expensive than I wanted (art project for younger kids). The store was clean and the employees were friendly.

Very small store and small selection of products

After receiving the confirmation with the locations address I drove to this store and ended up at something that seemed like a daycare. I called the store to get verification on the address the employee explained that the system is giving out the wrong address. When I asked if I could have the correct address they did not know it and explained to me where I should go. Not being from the area this was extremely frustrating. After I got to the store I was told that half my order was canceled. I did not get any emails or texts about this. They ended finding the other half of my order and asked for my card to be charged again. I explained that the first purchase which had everything on it had already went to my bank and was being processed. Then I was told that it will be refunded and my card needed to be charged again. Comes to find out they charged me twice and did not refund me. When I called to let store know they said that I would have to come back in. I live 30 minutes away and this is out of my way. I asked if they could take my card information over the phone and they refused. Said I should call customer service to fix their mistake. This experience was overall upsetting and should be looked into.
