Burlington

Great store. Most of the people who work there are incredibly kind and very informative. The managers are top notch, they always go above and beyond for me me. Also they have great sales and good merchandise.

Good selection, nicely displayed, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. Restrooms were not only opened, but clean.

The clothes are so cheap that I was almost suspicious but they are high quality t-shirts this store has everything there from clothing & shoes to kitchen stuff & even bedding.
I got this faux rabbit blanket for my dog, soft materials ease his anxiety and he's not left this blanket since then. It was worth the 9$ for sure! Staff is helpful & patient.

We arrived late during the Holiday hours. It was a fantastic shopping experience.

The entire store was clean and the Associates were still cheerful as closing time was near.

I didn't need assistance but I did notice a lack of Associates available throughout the store. I feel uncomfortable when people keep asking if I need help.

Overall, a great store with some nice prices, and everything was of valuable quality.

Love the store, only thing I would change would be I wish they had more accessories like watches and fanny packs. Their clothes selection is A1 and I love that they have the home decor and the beauty/hygiene area. The auto/tool section is small but still worth it because their prices are great compared to other stores. They do have great inventory with a lot of brands to choose from but with better prices.

They're a great place when they have inventory...It's kind of hit and miss...

This place is a more organized Ross. Imagine being in Ross and not tripping over stuff. What if all the clothing was on the correct racks and labeled properly then you are in a Burlington. Very clean store. Great selection for big people. The staff at this store is great. Pretty good selection of clothing for big people. Great bargains.

We always find good clothes for our kids here. We like the younger kids selection the best from toddler to age 7. Our older kids find some things they like too just not as much as the younger kids. We've also bought several Nike coats here for good prices.

This place has great deals and nice selection of clothing and accessories. Shoes, purses, belts shirts, hoodies, pants , dresses... Etc... They even have toys and pet supplies.

I was pleasantly surprised when shopping here for the very first time. The store was kept very organized. There is a huge selection of everything! Love the gre at selection of baby gear and also toddler sizes. Large store. I will have to go back soon I wasn't able to even look at everything I wanted to due to time constraint. I must comment on the some of the best friendliest customer service I have had ever. I checked out and the cashier seeing that I had my little girl and am expecting also then offered to help me carry my things to my car. She went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you.

I'm currently almost 32 weeks pregnant and decided to go to Burlington to see if they had some good baby stuff for fairly cheap. I found a brand new convertable stroller for a good price, which already made me happy. Of course, it was in a big, relatively heavy box. I was able to get it in a cart by myself (because I'm way too stubborn to ask for help even though I know that I shouldn't be while pregnant). I checked out and the cashier (I don't know her name and I wish I did) asked if I needed help. Again, I'm stubborn, so I wanted to say no, but I know better, so I said yes. This woman was amazing! She was so patient with me while I tried to navigate towards my car and of course, put it in my car. She was so nice and I really hope that she knows how much I appreciate her help. I could've done it by myself, but I would've struggled so much and she made it look so easy. She wasn't required to help me, but she did it, no questions asked and nothing in return.

Went shopping at Burlington yesterday with my grandkids. Such a great place! Well stocked, bargains galore and a wide variety of items. Kids had a ball in the toy section and Grandma found some terrific deals in the infant section. If you haven't been to Burlington you are missing out!

When I tried to return a pair of sweat pants that the material has fabric pills on it after 1 day, they said the clothes didn't match my receipt and would not give me an exchange or refund. this is the 2nd time this has happened. I will never shop here again.
