Great experience with Carlos. He was extremely helpful even after about 15 minutes of questions he continued to answer patiently. I ended up with the Samsung, which is turning out to be a really nice phone. Excellent experience at Cricket wireless!

The manager, Daniel has been there for a few years. It seems to me that he loves his job. He went out of his way to accommodate me. My son added a second line to his Cricket account because I was having issues with MeyroPCS.
