Customer service is top notch. An employee went above and beyond to help me look for two pairs of jeans for my hubby. I had no luck in store but she helped me order online. I got quite the deal on the sale rack. Thanks a million.

I was in a hurry and called over the phone. A sales rep named Mecca went and checked for the hoodie I needed. She was awesome to speak with and very helpful. As a local business owner I always try to buy in the store first, before shopping online. Mecca made this transaction quick and easy! She had the hoodie waiting for me when I got there. I can’t say enough positive things about this young lady. I will continue to shop at this store. She made me feel like a valued customer!😁

Update: I spoke with the manager and she explained the issue. She was not at fault. She was very nice. The issue is corporate needs to give her the tools to be able to notify changes on the website for weather related closing.

Placed a large order. Went to pick it up. Store is closed. Lights are on. No sign on door, no message when I call. Zero reason to be closed a week before Christmas at 2:00 on the afternoon. Every store around it is open. Bad corporate management.

Was really upset that they didn't have boys bootcut jeans. Not all boys wear skinny,straight,slims,and etc.

We were happy to find some cute fall clothes recently, but four security tags were left in the items! Incredibly frustrating given I was traveling by air from out of state and had to make a trip back to the store before going through airport security. We didn’t realize that several items had the tags remaining and my daughter had to return to the store multiple times for them to be removed. Will never shop here again, inexcusable!

The price marking is never accurate. They have signs saying something is a certain price where I picked the clothing from and at checkout it’s completely different. The workers weren’t willing to go look. Asked for help finding jeans and got told I needed to look myself because there jeans were scattered everywhere. Terrible service and need better price markings.
