They are welcoming and always friendly. Scott at this location was very helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with any Amazon return I've done here. This is always my go to UPS store.

Super busy Saturday at this location. 8 people in line ahead of me and 4 in line behind me. Tamantha was a rock star! Professional, polite and doing everything she could all by herself. She needs a raise!

Very friendly and responsive. I was able to pay a full year in advance and that was something I really appreciated. The USPS is not nearly as friendly or convenient. I can check my box at anytime day or night which is also an excellent benefit. I would highly recommend the ups store!; especially the one on El Paseo Rd in Las Cruces. I'm a very happy customer :)

I have gone into this store in the past and had awful experiences. However, push came to shove and I had to go in couple of weeks ago. What a turn around! The store was clean, the service was friendly, and all of my needs were addressed! Before you could tell the staff was easily frustrated. This time I was greeted by nothing but fresh smiling faces. Way to go!

This UPS Store employs very nice people. They are efficient and friendly. I recommend them and their services including notarizing documents. Plus, they greet you with smiles. Very refreshing for sure.
