I have been going v to this store fir years. Back when they were Sprint. The staff is very helpful. I never have a long wait. Bought 2 new phones arrived at 5:15. One of the phones took hours to transfer data, till like 9:30. And they close at 10. 2 staff stayed and were very nice. Had a problem with the screen saver. Went back in, and again, the gentlemen corrected the problem. I have tried to go to other stores closer to my house, but this one is always knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish I had all the names, but honestly, everyone has been great.

Customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond always. We had one team member that helped us out every time out of the three visits that my partner and I had to go. It wasn’t their fault something was acting up with the lines and they were still helpful every single time.

Mike fielded my phone call the day before, and said to just come on in, so I did and was greeted by Nicole, while mike finished up with a customer. Nicole was excellent and engaging while I waited. These guys were top shelf. If I could give them both 100000 Stars I would. I told them my situation and my time restraints. They were fast, diligent, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to this location and setting up your cell plans our buying any of your needed accessories. They made the experience very pleasurable and I plan on referring everyone I know to them as well as keeping my business with them. Thank you for everything.

I was experiencing somewhat of a crisis, as someone had stolen my device and I was left vulnerable without a phone as a result.

I visited 3 T-Mobile/sprint locations before I was able to be assisted. First I went to the one in the Alamo Quarry and the employees appeared to be overwhelmed by the traffic so I took a chance at visiting the location on Austin Hwy in hopes that I could be helped in a more timely fashion. My experience at the Austin HWY location only added to my devastation and angst. I was already in a crisis and just needed efficient service and some compassion as I navigated a solution. The woman/individual was very curt with me, gave misinformation and when I first walked in, was in the middle of eating and acted as if I was interrupting HER/THEM. Every time I spoke, the individual quickly responded without actually understanding my concerns and on a normal day, I would have just went elsewhere for better service, but I was desperate and needed help fast. She/he/they was highly unprofessional and didn’t have a drop of compassion in her/their being. The individual did however, re direct me to the location off of Broadway, where they apparently had more device options. (Austin HWY employee mentioned a few times that they hadn’t gotten a shipment that day and due to the location, received less variety, therefor, it was suggested that I go to the location in the Quarry, or the one off Broadway for a broader selection and I opted for the latter for reasons mentioned earlier.)

My final stop at the T-Mobile/Sprint off Broadway and Mulberry was where I should have been all along. Traci was kind, she listened to my needs and concerns, offered me solutions and got me in a new phone without me having to break the bank. I’m so grateful I crossed paths with her and I’m very satisfied with the end result. Thank you Traci for your kindness, knowledge and professionalism.

My first time at this location was 9/1/2022. I bought the s22 ultra recently without realizing it didn't come with a headset nor had a place for it. I didn't want to wait the long holiday weekend for delivery, even though I wanted the green buds, so I called the store to see if they had some in stock before I went. The lady that answered, Caitlyn was her first day but she did her best to make sure what I wanted was in stock. I told her I would be by at 5 to get them, I went it, they brought them out. The other lady, not sure of her name but I think she was a mgr, both were super sweet. My transaction was seamless, they told me about other promotions, thanked me for being a customer and I was on my way super fast. (my doggie was in the car waiting) I will def be back soon for some more accessories. They have great customer service! Thank you!

Customer service was excellent from the beginning. She was patient and kind during the 2 hour transition from ATT to T-mobile and she made sure my phone ported over before leaving the store.
A genuine person and an asset to the Broadway location!

Guy helped me with my peculiar issue of needing something temporarily that my plan didn't offer. We got my issue dealt with in the cheapest manner that was possible.

Came in to upgrade my phone and maybe add another line to my account for my husband
Victoria helped us out--best sales rep experience ever!! Very informative, attentive, & even helped us sync and upload everything we needed for the basics. We never felt rushed or pressured. So glad I came into this location!!

WOW! So I chose this location over the store I purchased my iPhone 7's at last year because it was new and closer to my house. Man am I glad that I did! I walked in and was greeted with enthusiasm and eagerness to help with my needs. Ron is a rock star. I think he was just as excited for me as I was when I asked about purchasing a smart keyboard and apple pen for my iPad Pro! And the story continues...He offered to give me my upgrades to the iPhone X immediately instead of waiting for my order online (which I found out later had approximately 3 to 4 week wait). Talk about going above and beyond! Went in last night to get my phones and he and his staff were fantastic about the process! Made it easy, were informative, showed me accessories (without being pushy at all) and with concern asked if I had any questions. As a manager of a retail outlet I can assure you I was very impressed. But more so I felt like a very satisfied guest. I left the store feeling like I got more than I wanted...and surely I DID! I will return to this store for my needs in the future! Thank you Ron and your team! Awesome experience!

Started off the day with a stressful phone situation and had to go into T-Mobile store to get things sorted out - both the Store Manager and Nicole were SO AMAZING. They looked up current offers, saw what we qualified for, and my wife and I walked out with new iPhones! They were both attentive and responsive to our needs, and made the experience stress-free.

I came in for a new phone and was helped by Amber. Everyone was really helpful, really good energy from everyone in the store, and they even let me bring my kitten inside to help with my decision making. She went above and beyond to help me in setting up the best pricing options for me in what I wanted for my plan, phone, and billing options. I feel like I was actually given the best options and the liberty to choose the best options for myself aside from just aiming to make the sale. Thank you for all your help! I can type this review from my brand new pristine screen 👌🏽

The employees here are flipping wonderful! I couldn't get my issues resolved, but not due to anything from them. They are AMAZING & will help you with EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!! If there is ANYTHING YOU WANT OR NEED they will bend over backwards to help you; even if it means a "loss" for their store. Definitely check them out!

One of the nicest looking Sprints I've been to. Only went for a case but there was a nice girl in training being helped by another man they helped put the screen protector and case on my phone. I don't have sprint as my service but they were still lovely to me.

Victoria is wonderful. She assisted me with all my phone issues. I am a happy customer!! No high pressure sales talk for updating to new phone.

Eddy.T was very helpful and overall my experience was great as well. He very informative with all the questions I had about my account, I even left with a upgrade on my phone I also was able to get a iPad and a sweet speaker to listen music too at the comfort of my home. I would definitely recommend Eddy.T he will definitely take care of you concerns about your account or just looking to get a upgrade on your phone he will help you with anything dealing with your sprint account.

Ron and Fernando did an incredible job Ron stood out like a star I'm going back to him for more accessories in the near future because he was just that good I haven't been more happy with customer service and informative knowledgeable sales associates as good as this experience was today. I’ve had problems at almost every sprint store other than this one. I’ve never had ONE problem here, the service is always great. My go to person is Ron and he’s amazing! My phone broke about a month ago and he went above and beyond to get me a new phone. Definitely recommend Ron for anything you want or may need.

Best service I’ve had at a Sprint store in my 10yrs as a customer. I popped in to find out why my bill was slightly higher than expected & to get options on a new phone. Chad broke it all down for me like the Bill Nye of consumer electronics. Was in and out in no time with more than enough info to make an informed decision.
