Outstanding service with Becca ( Rebecca) I needed extra help finding a product for my cat's. Becca was able to handle answering the phone. She handled all the customers who stopped her along the way as she tried to show me where the item was on the shelf. She is an outstanding employee. This is the best customer experience I've had in retail in years! Excellent service from Becca. I highly recommend shopping at this CVS.
Also, this is my favorite place for perscriptions. Always ready and on-time. Once a medication was so expensive the pharmacist helped me find a cheaper place for it.
I get all my regular perscriptions filled here. Excellent service.

A+ pharmacy. The CVS Pharmacy branch on S. State Street is an excellent place to fill your prescriptions. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and they make sure you get the best possible service. The store is always clean and organized, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescriptions, and the prices are fair. The MinuteClinic on the second floor is also a great resource for quick and convenient medical care. Finally, the store is conveniently located near many other shops and restaurants, so you can easily make a day of it. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone in the area! They helped me out a lot and made my day, and one way to show my gratitude is by this review.

Will the pharmacist was very informative with the inoculation of shingles preventative. We also found Jensen, the General Store Mgr had been kind hearted about some discussions we had with our personal interests. Appreciated the overall cleanliness of the store too!

By far the best CVS pharmacy in Ann Arbor. They are so friendly and personable. All the pharmacists know me by my name and process time is top notch. Never go to the one on Stadium. It’s worth it to go downtown.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy that I have ever visited. My medications are pretty complicated, so I track the error rates on my prescriptions. Other pharmacies usually average around 30%. That is, 30% of the time that I fill a prescription, something goes wrong (e.g. the amount of pills was wrong, or I was billed incorrectly).

This pharmacy? Around 3%. That's 10 TIMES BETTER than any other pharmacy that I've tracked.

Bonus points: The staff here has helped me sort out mistakes made by other pharmacies, and by my prescribing clinic. These people will take great care of you!

Excellent pharmacy. Absolutely every single one of the Pharmacists have been prompt, caring, and are all-inclusive problem solvers when it comes to the insurance company, doctors prior authorizations, and what have you. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Good food

They have always had my prescriptions ready. One of the pharmacists (Natalie) has an exceptional memory and recognizes many of the customers on sight. She will pull the Rx before I even get to the counter. The cashiers downstairs are eager to help with finding things or with checking out, especially when there is a line for the self check out.

It loses one star because parking can be tough.
